Phoenix events have been a pleasure to work with.
We required security at very short notice and they were able to accommodate us.
Always professional, friendly, extremely reliable, easy to communicate with and secured our site so we had no more issues.
Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We are a charity that provide housing for people experiencing homelessness in Norwich. We recently held an event at one of our hostels, we needed some metal barriers. We reached out to Phoenix Events and asked if they could help. They were fantastic from start to finish, they let us borrow the barriers free of charge they delivered them to the event and collected them the next day. Thank you! :)

We attended a family bar in hemsby, where the two security who have been on have been absolutely fantastic.
I have an autistic daughter, and both Rob and Sue have gone above and beyond for my family and everyone who walked into the family pub. They kept us all safe and was on top of everything.
So from me and my family thank you for all you have done for me and especially my daughter. She had such a positive experience,

The security guards that Phoenix Events (East) provided were really courteous, professional and above all, friendly. We will definitely use their services again.

We used Phoenix Security for our event Hopton On Sea Party In The Park, fortunately for us the day went well with no need for security to be called - we was given two of their radios which made sure we was able to call Rob or Sue to anything immediately, what we loved about them was the fact they didn’t just walk around they was talking to the crowd and even carried out litter picking duties which we was extremely grateful for - highly recommend

These guys are very professional both in their work ethics and appearance. Two of their guards in particular have gone above and beyond with their duty of care towards a customer who suffered a panic attack whilst visiting our venue. As we were extremely busy serving, the male guard Rob, was reassuring and calming a young male, teaching him breathing techniques to calm himself. The next day the customer rang me and asked me to pass on his thanks to them. Highly rate this company for their choice of employees, nothing is too much trouble. Well done all!

Adam at Phoenix Events has provided cover for our wedding receptions for several years and has never let us down. David and Craig, with their efficiency and courtesy, have always given us complete peace of mind.

Adam approached us about our upcoming event and offered his team's assistance. From the initial contact, Adam was very responsive to questions, attended the site for a pre event meeting and supplied four members of staff to help us run admissions and parking. The team made the day run so smoothly and took the pressure off the organisers. This was our first ever event and we couldn't have done it without Pheonix Events. We're very grateful for all the help and we will definitely be using Pheonix events next year!

Phoenix, led by Anna, came to support us with our event, primarily the car park. This took all the weight off our shoulders and the car parking went perfectly smoothly. Anna gave us a radio to communicate where needed and she checked in with me just enough. She also kept an eye on the bins, litter picked and helped with packing up - directing her team accordingly. I had full faith in Anna’s ability to lead her team and we enjoyed having them at our event, they definitely helped it go more smoothly.

Phoenix events helps to run our easter hunt around Kings Lynn Town FC. They ensure the premises was safe and throughout the day. We had over 500 people through the doors on an Easter hunt. They effectively marshalled the queue and people coming in throughout the day. They ensure individual safety was paramount.

Adam, Anna and the Phoenix team are always so efficient and willing to contribute in any way they can.
Their cooperation assist in the smooth running of the Boston UK Marathon. I find it a pleasure to just have them around. Jackie Forrest, Boston Marathon Association.

Incredibly well organised bag drop, very cheerily managed at Boston marathon. My husband was injured in the race and couldn’t walk back to our hotel. We asked Darren for a taxi phone number but instead he kindly arranged for his wife to pick us up and drop us off in town! If he hadn’t helped us, we would probably still be there now! Fabulous people, thank you!

THE STAFF WERE FANTASTIC DID EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR AND MORE ASKED US IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE AFTER THE EVENT HAD ENDED VERY WELL MANNERED AND VERY FRIENDLY WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE LOOKING FORWARD TO BOOKING THEM NEXT YEAR

Phoenix events have recently been awarded the silver armed forces award, which is definitely deserved! They have been supportive of me since my husband Todd passed away, who was an ex employee. Todd spoke very highly of this company and was treated with respect and appreciation by everyone.

Adam and his staff recently supported our lantern parade as part of Light Up Northstowe 2022, and were brilliant - offering advice through the planning period and managing the parade on the day. They're unflappable, and their quiet professionalism shone through and was much appreciated!

Well what can I say expect trust pilot 5 stars isn’t enough for this review it needs more…purely down to the fact that the staff at Lincolnshire Showground Friday night when I went to watch Elvis were amazing…there was one certain young lady who’s mannerism and politeness when I had a issue was exceptional and she helped me loads as I’d lost the way to my car lol…and that lady deserves recognition and her name was Sarah…she’s a real inspiration to your company so don’t let her leave anytime soon ☺️

Phoenix Events did a great job of managing the car parking at Sandringham when crowds were coming to lay flowers. Despite the volume of traffic they kept the queue moving and made it clear at all points where cars needed to go. Without this level of organisation the Sandringham estate would have been utter chaos. Great job!

From the time that Sam and Jack arrived I knew we were in safe hands.
After introducing themselves they handed out the radios to everyone that I requested a radio for, then it was all hands-on. They helped throughout the day with vehicle movement, constantly reminding me to keep my radio with me, and generally looking after all the volunteers. I loved how both men were asking 'If there is anything you want or need use your radio.'
They asked permission for a break, which was given, and but kept their radios on at all times.
Thank fully there were no major incidents.
After the awful experiences that I had with a previous security company, It was a wonderful and pleasurable experience having these two men working for me. I would totally recommend using this company. and look forward to having Sam and Jack at my next event at Sapley Playing Fields Huntingdon on August 27th 2022

Long Sutton Parish Council Jubilee Event.
Darren and Eric turned up on time, very wet morning and not a nice day weather wise.
They did their job very professionally and couldn’t fault them, very pleased to have them.
