been using these guys for a few years now and i cant fault them, seeds are good and i personally get a good germination rate. delivery is good and seeds are well packaged. seeds are value for money and there flash sales are better, but i seem to miss them 😁 be good if they tried plug plants to see how it goes and i cant remember if they do seed trays etc but if they dont and they did i would also purchase these from seed parade too.
so all good im a happy customer, i will admit the response to emails is slow to non existence maybe they could improve and try to acknowledge customer queries quicker, but i will be back soon to purchase moor.

Did not get my order. Tried to contact multiple times and no response. Terrible

One of the best out there. Bought 200 tulsi seeds and had over 90% germination rate. With a lot of care these plants are growing really well. Really please to have found them after trying tulsi seeds from other online portals. Thank you.

Ordered from them a number of times but my lastest order has been delivered to my old address even though I have updated my address on my account page. Contacted them twice via their email and twice directly on the order itself and none of my messages have been answered. Shockingly bad customer service. Will never orderfrom them again.

Ordered lots of seeds. Some were free and others discounted so an added bonus. All good quality and took about a week to arrive. Large numbers of seeds in each packet, unlike some supermarkets! Very happy.

I was delivered the wrong items from my order.
I have contacting Seedparade via their website and by email many times.
They refuse to answer any contact at all. Please don't rely on this company they will send you anything and then make it impossible to contact them

I ordered seeds at the beginning of the year and the ones that came came fairly quickly but there were some missing, have emailed them twice about this and have no response, some of the seeds germinated very well but there were some disapointments, I keep having special offers come through quite regularly but nothing about the missing seeds, will not recommend

I found this company offering a fair number of free seeds, so thought it was worth a shot. I placed my order on the 19th and then checked here, which I must admit worried me a little!
However, I received shipping confirmation two days after my order, and they arrived 7 days later.
It was sent in a padded envelope Royal Mail first class, and actually included five packs of free seeds! As they state on their website, they don't include sowing information, but you can't complain for the price.
I'm assuming they were hit hard over lockdown, but I'd happily order from them again.

I saw these guys on Uk hot deals as someone had shared the fact they were giving away free seeds. I went straight on got the free seeds and a few other very reasonably priced seeds-order placed and then I read some comments and really poor reviews so was worried I might not have my order fulfilled. I needn’t of worried as the seeds all arrived within 7 days of ordering. I’m really pleased and looking forward to getting out in the garden today for Mother’s Day and planting some! So my advice would be give them a chance, perhaps they have previously had difficulties but they seem like they’re back on track and providing a good service now so I will definitely be ordering again! If could give zero I would. After several emails and messages via website and still no delivery. Have waited ages now. Order history says shipped. No way of tracking or checking. Didn't even bother to reply to emails or message. Terrible customer service. They totally ignored me. Avoid!!!

Wish I read reviews before ordering. Customer service dreadful ( no response) still waiting on seeds that been ordered over a week ago now. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The order was complete and i ordered them Sunday night took them Thursday afternoon
Didnt plant them to see the % of germination and the yield production.

My order of seeds arrived fairly quickly, but it was incomplete. I’ve attempted to make contact with Seed Parade on three separate occasions, but received no response. The seeds I’ve got seem to have germinated well, but had to go elsewhere for balance of my requirements. Not overly impressed.

I was told my seeds were shipped on January 17th but despite sending 2 emails, to which I have had no response whatsoever, I have not received them over a month later. Certainly don't recommend them.

I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Seed Parade. Unless you are happy with non-receipt of full order and absolutely zero response to emails, avoid them at all costs. So disappointing.

Cannot fault the service at all.
Ordered on Saturday delivered on Tuesday.
A two day turnaround, seeds look to be good quality.
Only drawback is I will have to look when to plant but that is not a problem.

I carefully sowed and labelled 'sungold' and 'marmande' seeds, but as they grew it quickly became clear that not all the seeds marked 'sungold' were sungold. Some had a very different growth pattern and have turned out to be either 'marmande' or another sort of beef tomato. I had planned 18 sungold plants and 6 marmande. In reality I have 11 sungold and 13 beef tomato plants. Not what I wanted at all, so very disappointing results from a spring and summer of hard work. Annie Chaney

Very poor customer service . Order never arrived. No Refund. No Communication. No response to several e-mails. I would stay well clear. Can’t believe how bad they are.

I agree with previous reviewer. Missing pack of seeds and no reply to my complaint sent via their website. The only listed phone number is unrecognised. The worst customer service ever. I have paid for something I haven’t got. Don’t buy from this seller.

Bought pretty much all my seeds from SeedParade this year, flowers, vegetables & herbs. All delivered quickly and all germinated well. Very generous seed numbers in most packets. Hadn't used this company before, but will certainly be using them again.
