Such a great idea
Such a great idea! If you’re looking for a great present for someone that is a bit different and quite heartfelt, I’d definitely recommend! Coupled with great customer service nod is a go to for me now.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed with your Oak Box. As you'll know there isn't any room inside the Oak Box itself to fit a photo or the additional message card. Apologies for the confusion there!
We hadn't stated anywhere that the photo and card would somehow be inside the actual Oak Box itself, but, I guess we also didn't say they'd be outside so I will make that change to the website today to avoid any future confusion. Thanks for the feedback! Hope your recipient loved the gift regardless :)

When I placed a order little did I know that the gifts would be so special for the people receiving them.
In order 30 and Robert was so helpful!
Every one who received one was so pleased with theirs.
