My server went down and Support contacted me by phone about the problem within 5mins.
Excellent. This is the first time in 15 years that this actually happened, as it is suppose to happen.
It has been a long road, particularly the disaster of overseas support, but the future is looking rosey.

Paul Rodwell handled our server migration and did a great job. He went above and beyond by helping to troubleshoot a few database issues that were hindering the smooth migration.

Everything runs like clockwork, and on the very rare occasion we need support, it is actioned and issues resolved promptly. great work

From start to finish Rick and Jared were easy to talk to, helpful and not just there to fleece money from me. The set up was quicker than expected and the results that I am now getting for load times and TTFB in Australia are insane.

Sales person a little too enthusiastic, however, once signed on, they were quick to set everything up. User guides are perhaps a little on the technical side for a relative lay-person. So far (two weeks in) no problems with instance.

We all need better security and Servers Australia is continually improving server security. On opening a new hosting account for email only, the new stricter security caught me out but the team at Servers Australia wasted no time in getting me back on track.
They are always there for you.

Servers Australia are a great company to deal with. We needed extra facilities for our dedicated server network to service our own customers and there response and speed to provide what we needed was first class. This has been the case for many years and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I ordered a somewhat high powered service which ran fine but when it came to cancellation as I no longer needed it I was told I had to pay for an invoice that was generated 2 days before over a week till the service was due which meant now I had to pay for another month when I didn't need it which is absurd. I would understand if it was less than 7 business days but I this request was maybe 1-2 days after the cut-off window with over 7 days left so my assuming was maybe they would be accommodating on the matter and not trying to gouge another month for something I may not need...

After contacting support, management agreed to cancel but they decided that they want to cancel 3 days early & close my account when that's not what I asked nor is it something I wanted to happen, I've never had a company so eager to just throw it's history away with a customer it just makes you feel like your not welcome. I am glad I moved away from the company since I had plans in the future to return but obviously now I know to steer clear.

SA's customer service is excellent!
Have been a customer for nearly a year, it is great to have a company in front of the data center who can assist in dealing with access requests etc.

Since we’ve been working with Servers Australia and growing our account/services – Jason has been invaluable in ensuring we are looked after and items are progressed.
Jason has absolutely gone out of his way to essentially act as our account manager and help ensure we can get sales and/or technical assistance progressed and connected with the right people – even though I imagine a lot of this might be outside of his responsibilities.

We really appreciate being able to work with SAU as what we feel is like working with a close partner, even though you are on the other side of the country and Jason is pivotal in that.

Lastly - our Dedicated servers are solid, colo space is great, network is fast!

Fast, efficient and able to solve problem immediately. Having a Professional Service Agreement saves so much time and money.

I signed up for a $80 p/m server and after 8 months after setting up and relying on it, THEY bump the price to $299.00 au a month. 300 percent increase.
I queried this and basically got a mixed response.
I was a little shocked, and unfortunately I have to cover this personally for a small server that I use to offer low to zero cost websites to the local community.
After an initial over response by myself and others, I received a message from their management staff who calmly and respectfully answered my concerns.
At the end of a long story, he explained there were errors made, by their auto system, that did give me a premium system for junk yard price.
He ended up hopefully resolving the issue with a new server plan that more than suits my needs and they get their higher end system to utilise with those that can fully appreciate the service.
They were very professional and have always been very supportive and at the end of the day would highly recommend them for larger and smaller uses.
They even put up with my carry on and maintained a professional and calm manner.
They deserve all the praise I can give.
