The servers are OK but support is useless. Servers Australia over charge for supporting their own product. Very slow and cumbersome support. All support should be free or included if it is a servers australia product.

I highly recommend Servers Australia for all your server needs! Backed by excellent and knowledgeable staff no issue is a problem. Monitoring tools on our servers means if an issue arises, the team are already working on resolving the issue before you get a chance to report it. Well done to Jared and all the staff at Servers Australia. I would highly recommended them!

I have found the crew at at Servers Australia committed to provide their clients with prompt, expert services. I am just a small client but the staff always treat me with respect and prompt resolution to whatever my issue may be.
I would recommend Servers Australia to any business looking for quality and high speed hosting or safe relocation in most Australian Capital Cities.
I provide hosting to a few clients and they are very impressed at the loading speed of their website. Compared to hosting services based on overseas servers, if your business is in Australia, whether in Perth or Sydney or Melbourne, your visitors will appreciate the loading speed and the 100% guaranteed access, because they are very meticulous at keeping their equipment runing 24/7.
Cost is very reasonable and I have found their billing department very flexible and approachable. Unlike other providers who will cut you off, they will allow extensions and compassion especially during these uncertain times where so many businesses going out of business.
Servers Australia have a sound business modal and have survived through the Covid-19 lockdowns and restrictions to still be able to provide great services with that "Aussie Fair Go".

It was time to move on
It was time to move on as most of our software are now cloud based. We felt that the virtual server was no longer required for our business purposes.
We did have an issue which was not in Server Australia control, with one our software causing 100% use of memory from time to time requiring a reboot to fix
Overall we rate the service as 5+++- Totally happy with after sales service- prompt & efficient support service- Support staff were easy to deal with, all very helpful and courteous
