Dedicated Server Breakdown Support
Noticed some issues with the hardware on our server. The team at Servers Australia were very helpful in fixing the issues and following through with all requests.

Great friendly fast service
I had to reach out when one of my clients servers (that we administer) had an issue and the service and support and speed received was terrific. Highly recommend SAU for any cloud based servers.

Great Support and Peace of Mind from Servers Australia
Servers Australia give great support for our custom server, backup, etc.
We are able to concentrate on our business with no need to worry about hardware, communications, etc.
We don't need to know the deep technical details of the server and O/S at all - that's what they do.
They provide 24 x 7 support and assistance whenever we need it.

This is my first experience with "cloud" servers and it has been great!
The sales process was excellent with modifications to suit our needs.
Service support has been outstanding while I bumbled about gaining access to our servers.
Very professional and supportive with a great service, even in lockdown.
