I visited Shackletons specifically to…
I visited Shackletons specifically to source a new dining table , I saw the one I liked and Paul B chatted to me I explained I was visiting friends and lived in Shropshire. He quickly went to see about delivery and managed to arrange white glove service . The table was delivered on Monday 15/12 /25 and I am really pleased with it . Thanks again Paul B and Shackletons .

Fantastic family run buisness
From start to finish excellent service .The website is flawless it offers a huge range of items to browse through .To my delight I came across the Artisan bedroom furniture Range which I ordered .Can I say it is absolutely stunning quality workmanship ,solid wood ,aesthetically pleasing.
Furniture pre built only the bed to assemble &that was very easy built in 15 minutes.The company from the assistants answering the phone to Leah who helped me with a query fantastic customer service .The ordering system &delivery top class it was a local delivery company who were very helpful & professional communication was first class furniture delivered to the room of my choice .As a family run company all I can say is well done Shackletons 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟from me .Keep doing what your doing as company's like you are hard to find these days .I'm so glad I came across you online.I will be buying from you again 👏👏

This is a lovely place to visit, particularly on a wet day. Super cafe but does get very busy. High quality goods throughout with some excellent indoor and outdoor furniture

Great customer service
I prefer to deal with real people, and having a very helpful and patient customer service lady while placing my order who went the extra mile to help sort out everything was extremely refreshing.
Order won't arrive for a while so can't review the item.

A happy day !
My daughter has an apartment in Cornwall whilst we live in Kent. We ordered her a Seasons4 Bistro set as a Christmas pressie but needed it delivered whilst she was away. We paid online with the request that we could only be in Cornwall for two days the next eeek to accept delivery. I chuckled thinking how many problems we had had with any delivery to Cornwall and felt our trip might be wasted like many others. However, within a couple of days I received an email stating there would be an all day delivery slot on the Thursday requested . That day we were then text a 2 hour slot followed by the driver later warning us he was 15 mins away! He arrived on time in squally rain and helped my partner deliver the day to our front door. It was beautifully packed and the set looks high quality ! We are well impressed with Shackleton , the driver and the patio set ! Top marks !!!!!! We would well recommend !

The aftercare from Shackletons was excellent. The electric recliner we purchased needed a new motor & the customer service department sorted everything out for us & kept us fully informed.

Best Price, Great Service.
Best price we found for some dining room chairs with quick delivery. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the chairs (not due to Shackletons) Shackletons responded quickly and arrange a replacement quickly and efficiently. Would recommend and buy from them again.

Excellent customer service.
Purchased 4 dining chairs and 2 bar stools from this company and the experience was faultless apart from the delivery which was badly fouled up by DPD! Shackleton’s customer service was excellent in getting the problem resolved even though none of it was their fault. The chairs themselves arrived really well packed, look fabulous, are very comfortable and simple to assemble.

Great price and fast delivery
I spoke to sales team before I ordered my new bed frame, they advised delivery times would be 2-3 weeks. My order was dispatched directly from manufacturer and was delivered a week after I ordered it. I got the best price from Shackletons and like the fact you could see the current stock level directly with the manufacturer. I would definitely recommend them.
