I ordered a buttkicker to the Middle East.
Unfortunately there were some complications with customs scanning in one of the transit stations and the product was returned to the seller.

Fortunately Nigel and the team were amazing with very fast communication back to me and arranged alternative shipping or a full refund. They got the product out to me very quickly once this was resolved.

Delivery of the product was incredibly fast despite only ordering via standard delivery, all components were properly packaged and all was as expected. Helpful updates via email also helped me keep on top of the order.
