Quick delivery and extremly helpful customer support. I ran into trouble with the buttkicker so emailed on a Saturday not expecting a reply till Monday. Later that day I got a detailed reply explaining all I needed to know which got it working again and left me with a great understanding of how it all works.
I will definitely shop with these guys again only this time I'll ask for advise before choosing.

Amazingly easy website, constant updates on status, despatched and delivered quickly. I've not had any issues with the equipment, so can't comment on their after sales service, but no issues is always a good thing 😊 I'd recommend them without hesitation

The title pretty much says it all.

These guys helped a complete noob like me by answering my MANY questions, choosing the right equipment considering the size and build of my couch, and even advised me on the best way to mount the bass shakers onto my particular couch. (I sent them photos of the underside of the couch)

They worked REALLY fast in order to get my package shipped out and delivered to Portugal before the weekend! It was an AWESOME weekend! :)

I totally trust these guys and have already recommended them to friends of mine that have tried my setup.

Super communication, fast reply and shipping. Shipping costs to Denmark are not high. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Shakers are pretty niche, and you're probably wanting one not knowing an awful lot about them. Have no fear. Nigel at Shaker Centre seems to actually enjoy helping you find the right solution for your set-up and takes the time to ensure you know exactly what you're getting, how to set it up and what to expect. As another reviewer said: Old-school customer service. Brilliant. To buy your shaker gear anywhere else would be nuts.

Ok, so I don't write these often.. mainly because i have no cause to in most cases. I shop online almost exclusively and I had such great customer service from these guys I felt compelled to write this for anyone considering buying from this company:

I believe you can measure any company's service standards by what they do when things don't go to plan, and in my case that happened. I ordered 2 ADX Maximus tactile transducers and paid for next day fedex. I needed them for an install that weekend in my cinema for my son's birthday, he was having some friends over and this was supposed to make it special for him. They arrived, and one was faulty. I reached out to Shaker Center via email explaining the rush and without question they sent me a replacement next day (saturday!) to make it happen at no extra cost to me. I am seriously impressed and cannot recommend Shaker Center highly enough for all your tactile bass needs!

As for the ADX? we have not stopped talking about them since the first moment we felt that rumble.. awesome product, awesome company to deal with. I'll be back!
