Apart from the quality even more important is the customer service.
When I had a problem with the sole coming loose (after 6 months) I reported it with a photo of the issue. In no time at all I got a response offering to replace them (without returning the damaged goods) immediately. Bravo 🙌 exceptional service from a quality company. Additionally I just want to add the slippers were very comfortable very sturdy and well worth the price.

My Haflinger clogs that I buy each year and use as indoor slippers had this year come away at the sides after 7 months. I sent a message to advise Shoegarden and within 3 days a brand new pair had arrived. No fuss no quibbling just a straight replacement. I’m so impressed with this company I will always buy my Haflingers here and would definitely recommend x

Just loving my Haflingers. I got a pair and not only they are cute but also really comfy and warm. I was looking for some slippers and the staff recommended me these ones. After using them for several months I can tell they are really good quality and that they are going to last for a long time! Their customer service was great. They were really kind and helping me to get the best fit as I have issues finding comfortable shoes given my feet shape.

I’ve bought a couple of Legero trainers and Haflinger clogs from Shoegarden and I honestly love them. They’re incredibly comfortable and really good quality.

Got some Haflinger from Shoe garden. these are the best ever. Comfy and even after a couple of years, they still look and feel like new! Very happy and highly recommended

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a specific type of slipper and the staff were extremely helpful in trying to recommend something which might work for my feet. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find what I was looking for but that's down to my feet not being suitable for what I wanted. I would definitely look at shoegarden gain next time I need new shoes. My refunds were also processed very quickly.

Just LOVE the variety of shoes, slippers etc etc on offer, great selection and quality. But best of all, Shoegarden's customer service is second to none! I can shop with peace of mind knowing that help is readily on hand and any problems quickly and fairly resolved. Cant speak highly enough!

Couldn't get comfy in any new slippers and several pairs were sent back and forth ... then deciding on what I wanted, Shoegarden didn't have the colour ... But they went the extra mile to source the colour for me and I'm loving them.

I’ve bought several pairs of shoes from Shoegarden over the last few years and I’ve always been delighted with them. They are comfortable, stylish and just a little bit different to everything else on the high street. Their customer service is also second to none - they recently managed to get hold of a pair of shoes for that had sold out onsite and kept me informed of the process and then alerted me the minute they arrived with them. I highly recommend this company and will continue to be a very happy shopper for many years to come.

I have MS and struggle with cold feet.
I ordered a pair of Haflingers recently and they were far too small, so I sent them back. As I live close to the Shoe Garden I asked if I could come to the store so I could try on differrent pairs, as I need to wear quite thick socks with gribs on the bottom, so I do not slip on our wooden floor.
Claire was amazing, getting lots of different types down from the many shelves, and different sizes for me to try on to suit my needs. Grippy, easy to get on etc. We finally found a suitable pair that tick all the right boxes.

Great initial service and footwear choice from Shoegarden but what stands out most is the after sales support. After discovering an issue with my footwear, I contacted Shoegarden and their service, support and communication has been excellent. My footwear has now been exchanged without issue and I was even given options to ensure the replacement was to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate in recommending Shoegarden for your footwear needs.

I have suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for quite some time and have tried all kinds of remedies, including orthotics and anti inflammatories. Someone suggested contacting Shoegarden and the team were very helpful and suggested I try Haflinger Clogs. I ordered a pair that arrived promptly and I have to say, I have not taken them off since - unless I absolutely have to! The pain from the plantar Fasciitis completely goes away when I’m wearing them. Thank you so much Shoegarden team! I will be ordering more.

This review is for the service provided by Shoegarden which really is caring and so rare in today’s world. I had a small fault on a recent purchase of some boots. Quick delivery but there was a manufacturing problem with a pair of clogs I bought and Claire from Customer Services suggested and speedily implemented a more than fair solution.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shoegarden to friends, family and contacts. Indeed, Shoegarden will be my first port of call when I next require a product they stock.
