Placed an order, wanted to cancel the day after. No contact number, no response to email or Facebook messenger. Never received the item 4 months later or our money back.
Having to go through the bank and after 45 day period, they've suddenly got paperwork to prove we've received the goods apparently. Unsurprisingly they havent provided copies of these documents BECAUSE THEY DONT EXIST!
They are scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Its a scam. Told to inspect before delivery men left. They refused to wait. Parts missing. The dryer doesn't work. No customer service response. Waste of £171 pounds. Noticed their website is down. Avoid

Terrible customer service avoid this company.
Bought a washing machine all good prompt service delivery initially all good.
However had an issue with leak and very noisy spin rattling after about 6 months.Contacted company supplied photo and video evidence of issues, took long periods to reply, eventually offered to pick up machine and refund the money said would be refunded under warranty in account 3 days after pickup. Machine eventually arranged by retailer picked up over 1 month ago have evidence with courier stickers , requested refund several times emailed company never had a reply since no refund forthcoming.
will never purchase anything from this lot again.

Ordered a washing machine and has not arrived in over week. Day of order received order confirmation and delivery instructions. Delivery company still have not had my order. Was given 2 numbers to call from delivery company, both do not exist. Tried their helpdesk email, does not connect on website. Tried the number their webchat gives you and that goes to an o2 message service. BEWARE!!!

Bought a refurbished dishwasher, only had it a week and it developed a fault, asked for a refund, as it was within the 14 day refund period, which has been refused??, so now I'm having to go though the hassle of recovering my money via my credit card

Got fidge freezer delivered dents all over it scratches all over cant get home of them to sort it out dont buy from these rubbish service an if womething wrong they havent got a customer service dont reply to emails or online chat

I recently bought a fridge freezer, measuring 189x92x64 cm, and waited patiently for 10 days for it to be delivered. Then, I received the unexpected message that the item was “lost in transit.” Yes, you read that correctly — lost in transit.

Now, call me skeptical, but if a company can’t track down a fridge of this size, it makes me wonder if their delivery drivers are using it as a new form of hide-and-seek. A 189x92x64 cm fridge seems a bit hard to “misplace,” don’t you think? Maybe it’s too big to be part of the game, but at this point, I have to seriously question whether this company should even be in the business of selling anything. If they can't handle a fridge, perhaps it's time to pack up and close shop!

I’d laugh if it weren’t so frustrating. Surely, a lost fridge is a sign that maybe they need to rethink their logistics or even consider a new business — maybe playing hide-and-seek professionally?

Looking forward to the refund. Let’s hope it doesn’t get lost too.

Having a major problem with this company ordered an ex display washer needed urgently, taken my money and not had delivery not replying to emails had one saying it’s gone missing and they will send another when they source one!
said I want a full refund asap and all emails ignored ! will be making a claim to trading standards and my bank if not received asap

After placing my order of fridgefreezer. I was aware that it was exdisplay. So expected wear & tear. I was not aware that the water dispenser was cracked. The whole reason I brought the fridgefreezer is for the dispenser or I would of went for a cheaper option. I contacted them, told I would get a replacement. After trying to contacting them again multiple times, I was just ignored. Great way to run a company. Dont expect what they day

highly recommend this company excellent customer service bought fridge/freezer deliver on time very friendly staff so happy with my fridge/freezer will definitely use this company again.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. It’s been over 10 days since I placed my order, and there’s still no delivery or proper update. The seller completely failed to communicate or take responsibility. This is unacceptable — I’ll never order from this seller again, and I strongly warn others to avoid them at all costs.

Ordered a tumble dryer on 24/06/2025 and was advised delivery would be 5-7 working days. I sent an email 27/06/2025, as I always do, when purchasing from a company for the first time, to see if I could get a rough delivery date but no response. This raised my suspicions so I sent another email 30/06/3025 asking to cancel the order but, again, no response. Luckily I always use a payment method that it is easy to get a refund sorted.

Absolutely thrilled with my new washing machine. It was described as a ex display cat c, but was a lot less than I would have paid had I bought from Curry's etc. The washing machine arrived at the time I was given and the delivery drivers were absolute stars! When I unpackaged the washing machine, I was fully expecting there to be obvious signs of damage/scratches etc but it took me the best part of an hour inspecting it to find the smallest scratch on one corner! I am now finally catching up with over 4 weeks worth of washing and so far the machine is faultless. Fantastic company, will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Purchased a fridge freezer, fridge doesn’t get cold. Ignoring my emails and not responding. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered an A grade fridge freezer. It arrived with deep scratches on the front and a missing shelf. We accepted a small refund for the scratches (we were desperate for a fridge freezer by the time it eventually came) and we were told a new shelf would be delivered ASAP but it never arrived. I have written numerous emails but I have been ignored. This is my second review about this and a manager from the store rang to apologise after the last review and promised the shelf would be delivered. Still no shelf and again my emails are ignored. If you want A grade products and good customer service - avoid this company because you will be disappointed

Bought and ex display 50/50 fridge freezer, can not fault them, works perfectly and arrived within the hour time slot, delivery drivers friendly, courteous and respectful, will most likely buy from them again in the future.

I purchased two new ex-display tumble dryers, but what was delivered was far from new – the equipment was clearly used. The seller initially denied this, but after I provided irrefutable photo evidence, he admitted it.

At first, he apologized and acknowledged the mistake, admitting that I had been sent refurbished equipment (though, to be clear, the dryers were not even properly refurbished – both were dirty inside from intensive use). He offered to exchange them for new ones or provide financial compensation.

However, after that initial acknowledgment, he went silent and stopped responding to all correspondence. This seller is completely untrustworthy, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Avoid this company like the plague – they are frauds.
