No product received. No response from emails. No one picks up the phone.

No product received, no contact after me sending a few emails following up. It's a scam.

I went to their home page using my android phone. The page had missing images and the "add to cart" link does not work. This made me very suspicious of the site so I tried to find if there are any reviews saying if they are an honest merchant or not.

Definitely a scam. While I did receive a product, they won't respond to emails about a refund and return of product which they say they do. I have reported them to the FTC for fraud. I am also working with. My bank to get a refund of charges and block further charges.

I ordered with Lumexa a suffron gummies that were never delivered. This company is a scam

I have not received anything from this company yet they keep charging me. There is no information on the website showing how to cancel a subscription I did not intend to make. Please avoid.

Don’t buy!! You will only ever be provided with a fake tracking number that originates in China, they will never get back to you about your order or a refund. It’s a total scam!

Everything, I didn't receive anything, that don't answer emails and it don't even showed I order after taking money out of my account.. how to improve pull your head of your ass

Fake company that claims to sell Mood Magic supplements for kids and as of recently they changed their whole website to a different supplement.

I ordered and never received my items, then they ran my credit card again a month later saying a re ordered and I never even received the 1st order. They never emailed me back or offered a refund

Terrible

I ordered a supplement from this company. After I received the tracking number, it showed the supp being shipped from China. The product is supposed to be made in the USA... after that, that sent up a bunch of red flags for me. I reached out to the company requesting a refund (haven't heard back as of yet). After more research I realized the product is a fake and is copying a different brand. So frustrating and so shady. I reached out to my bank today to get my money back.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Ordered from them and never received my package. They have not been responsive. I requested a refund so they basically stole my money.

bought a xmas present and never recieved it . They emailed replied back but never sent and now wont answer emails.

Scam, tried to buy a heated jacked, they never posted it and refused to refund me because they didn't receive the jacket back.
