I found the distiller I was looking for but not the specific spirit I was looking for. I emailed and asked if it would be possible for them to get some. They got back to me that day and let me know it was possible and they worked with the distiller to get some.
Great group of people here and will order again when ready.

Ordered 6 bottles of a hard-to-find Japanese liqueur and they arrived relatively quickly (in spite of having to come all the way across the country), were very well packed (particularly important when traveling that far), and were exactly what I ordered. First time I used Shots Box and am favorably impressed.

I placed my order. The app was very easy to use. I didn't get lost I have any problems I was kept informed beer female as to when my order with chip and when I would receive I was pleasantly please thank you very much

Horribly rude customer service, terrible communication. Would never recommend this company to anyone. They were extremely unhelpful.

I think the service is really cool, but it took 2 months to receive the first box and at least 2 of the whiskeys were grocery store variety which did not meet my expectations. I specifically chose this service because I thought that the selections were unique and uncommon. Perhaps I missed some fine print, but overall I am disappointed and will cancel the subscription.

Shots Box was misleading when I signed up back in October. JC, the owner, did not initially handle my bad review in a way that would deescalate it. All of this was in a private email exchange. I now believe that my complaint has been heard. There's nothing that can be done to "rectify" the situation. I do however feel that JC has heard what I have to say. My hope is that Shots Box will be better in the future at handling customer service.

Half of the order damaged during shipping, to the point the delivery company removed it from the Pkg. Wrote to Customer service. Never heard back.

These guys don't seem to know what they are doing. They don't seem to have customer service so that makes working with them even more difficult. Their shipping and notifications are also a joke. I would find somewhere else to spend your money.

Unfortunately we ordered in December. Was told it would ship 2/8/21 and we still don’t have it. The website and tracking info is not easy to use and not helpful. It’s now 2/22/21 and still nothing but have already been charged for a second box. Very upsetting as this is a subscription service we were very excited about. I heard nothing but great things about the actual product so I am hoping when I finally receive it I can give a much better review. The shipping is disappointing.

it took a month for the birthday gift I had bought to arrive. And even though I had put in a shipping address, I was informed that somehow I had checked a box saying I would pick it up personally. (I live in a different city).

Good price compared to the local liquor stores. Shipping was also fast.
