I made my first enquiry with Dan at SIG. I’m not in the industry, but I am project managing an extension. Dan took ownership of my query knew I needed some guidance and was really helpful. The price was competitive and I had spoken to 3 other distributors. This branch were the only ones to have the Marley anthracite plain tiles in stock. Other companies had 3 month waiting lists so I was really impressed.
I had to call and change my delivery dates 3 or 4 times and not once did I get any negativity from the person I spoke to.
Donna handled my query after initially speaking with Dan and I can’t thank her enough for being friendly and supportive when I needed to add/change some of the items on my order.
It was then I started to communicate with Tom often when changing delivery or asking if they could split delivery and so on. Tom is fantastic on the phone and even nicer in person when I had to visit the store to pick up items realised I needed but hadn’t ordered. I’m really pleased to have met most of the team.
The yard team are helpful, will help load and are friendly and I’ve experienced some grumpy people while doing my extension, but not here!
Thank you to everyone at this branch, Tom you are brilliant, Dan and Donna really brought this purchase to life after I was giving up on the titles I wanted.
Recommend trade or not, they’ll be fair and honest and you can’t ask for more than that. Ad
