I have used Silk travels uk for a while now over 3years and i cant complain, thnx to their good customer care especially Samuel Mouris he is very kind and will do his best to make sure you get where you wanna be in a reasonable budget.

It was really nice doing business with ur company all these would not have be possible if ur staff Ahmad was not patient with me and so also he has the ability to capture people’s mind,he deserves 10 out of ten,within the space of two days I have spoken with other company but it always comes back to Ahmad,well trained ,he alone deserves 5xxxxx

I have had the best experience with a gentleman called Ahmad, he was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. He was patient with me as this was my first time purchasing E-tickets ( usually my husband does it).
When I had trouble with finding the best price he was on top of it, when my plane got delayed and later cancelled he was there to give his full support even after I had returned. Ahmad is surely an asset to this company and I look forward to travelling because he makes things so simple, he is always cheerful and very polite. He is my go to guy for travel and I recommend him highly. I will be passing his details on to friends and family.
