I have called their CS 5 times and…

I have called their CS 5 times and filled out the contact form to ask a couple of questions and 6 hrs later, no response. I had about $300 in my cart so far when I felt I need to check the shipping time frame as the jewelry is for my anniversary. I've left several voicemails, as no one answers when I've called. Why would I turn over my hard earned money to a company that I can't contact? I'm shopping elseware.

Great products slow shipping

Great looking quality jewelry. Excellent customer service. But they use USPS to ship products, which we all know is notoriously slow. Packages are typically late-arriving. I wish they would use UPS or FedEx instead.

Studding turquoise pinkie ring

I bought a turquoise ring for my pinkie finger. It's gorgeous-fair nicer than what the picture on website showed. I've gotten so many compliments! From reading some of the reviews of people saying the quality of their purchase was poor I hope this ring lasts a long time & proves them wrong.
Also came well before promised delivery date.

I love my liquid silver necklaces and beautiful pendants. The quality is great, the prices are low, and I got the shipment in three days. I had ordered a silver necklace a few months ago and I enjoy it so much that I wanted to get a few more. Beautiful.

Poor workmanship

I purchased a ring with inlays .Three of the inlays fell out in less than a year. I was offered a 20% discount to purchase a new ring. I am very disappointed . I feel the ring should replaced or repaired free of charge. I will not purchase from them again .

Waste of money.

Apparently not worth writing a review. They don't seem to respond or care. Jewelry i ordered had fallen apart before a year had passed. They were no help and didn't seem to care. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
Zero stars if I could!

I'm very familiar with Native Jewelry. I went to their web site & splashed across the Home page is 50% OFF! Off of what? It's a old gimmick.
Secondly, They have a large banner "SUPPORT NATIVE AMERICANS. The 1st item I opened was non-Native. They twist meanings by using these terms along with the word "Southwestern" instead of Native American.

Silvertribe bolo tie

I just purchased a onxy bolo tie for a wedding , when I received the tie , tried in on was adjusting the bolo and the two end thingys came off in my hand , when I contacted customer support, they said they were just put on to get a object to tighten them , now I got to do there job , sent them back , cheap

I just received the silver and lapis women’s ring that I ordered from Silvertribe. I am pleased with the ring, the price and the quick delivery of 8 days. I will seriously consider ordering from Silvertribe in the future.

Junk Jewelry

I bought a “sterling silver and Lapis” pendant. The picture on the Silver Tribe site made it look like the lapis stones surrounded white zircon stones...very sparkly. When I received the pendant, those are just small silver bumps, not sparkly at all. The pendant is only a sliver thick and was clearly stamped out by a machine. It the sort of piece you can buy at TJ Maxx for $12.99, but it cost four times that. The Silver Tribe web site is written to make it seem as is the jewelry is handcrafted by Native American artists and that a purchase supports their craft. But it’s just a cheap imitation of any Native American jewelry I have purchased.

I bought a beautiful Navajo turquoise …

I bought a beautiful Navajo turquoise and coral bracelet for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. She's very hard to shop for but this did the trick. Even better, a month later I called them looking for a birthday gift for my husband to get their opinion, the gal on the phone talked with me for about 20 minutes until we found a neat watch for him. Great experience, great products, I highly recommend this store.

Love, love, love!!!

Love, love, love!!! Silvertribe. I buy all of my turquoise through them. I just adore the needlepoint rings made by the zuni. They really stand out and are unique.

I am very disappointed with Siver …

I am very disappointed with Silvertribe. I ordered a ring on 8/2/17. I received it a few days later and wore the ring on and off for 2 weeks. Now one of the stones is missing. I contacted them and asked if I could send it back to be fixed. They replied by saying the only thing they could do was to give me 35 % off if I wanted to purchase the ring again. The last thing I want to do is put more money into a company that doesn't even stand behind their products for 1 month. I sent off my response saying this , but never received another reply from them.

Incredibly kind and accommodating

I ordered a bunch of jewelry from Silvertribe and never was able to pick up my package (I was going through some health stuff at the time and things were really hectic). It was returned to the seller and I forgot about it for a couple years (!). When I finally called Silvertribe (again, this was years later), they were very understanding and actually refunded my purchase. I really enjoyed working with them and will order there again.

The Best in Quality and Customer Service!

I ordered a pair of green turtle turquoise feather earrings for my wife and a turquoise cuff. I returned the cuff for a better match in color. I gave the new cuff to my wife along with the earrings. The cuff was just a little too big for her wrists. The girls at Silvertribe had sent me many links to bracelets that would match. I found one that I thought would work and I made my final exchange. They helped each and everytime with the same enthusiasm, care, and commitment to service as the time before. My wife loves the new bracelet. She's happy; I'm happy. Order with confidence in their product and their service.

Customer Service is all over it!

I bought a pair of earrings from SilverTribe to go with the outfit I am wearing for my son's wedding. The earrings arrived quickly, were well packaged, but still had some damage.
I immediately emailed their customer service with the problem, but since it was on a Saturday, didn't expect to hear back right away. Surprise! They responded within a couple of hours. We exchanged a few emails, I sent them pictures showing the damage, and by Monday morning I had a pre-paid mailing label so I could send the damage earrings back. A week later, I had a new, perfect pair.
Their customer service rep was professional, thorough and very pleasant to work with. I love the earrings and am looking forward to the touch they'll add to my wedding day outfit.
I will, without question, shop with SilverTribe again.
