Simple Quarters Avis

Simple Quarters team is always so great to work with. Thank you!

Flexible to work with and the staff is so helpful!
I have worked with them for years!!

I have had the privilege of working very closely with Terry and Schaivon in the area of maintenance and rehabilitation of their properties, always working with efficiency and quality. I am very grateful to be part of the Simple Quarter team since they are very professional in what they do, always guaranteeing the well-being and comfort of their clients.

I’ve been doing deals with Brett, Roxanne and the team since 2019. A pleasure and an exquisite experience. I highly recommend them, they are trustworthy, diligent and very pleasant to work with.

Working with Terry was wonderful. He was gracious, supportive, kind and polished. He answered my questions and was quick to communicate, all the while being very professional. Real estate is a high level transaction, with lots of nuance. Terry could teach a master class in the intricacies of a deal abd how to work together collaboratively for the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

Very straightforward and honest company. They stick by their word. Great transaction. Really appreciate the whole team, especially Megan and Schaivon!

DeShawn is always so polite. He makes residents feel needed.

The staff, Mr Schaivon Nevings was a great guy to work with, communicated with me the while time and everything he told me is exactly as is was. Great company to work with

Schaivon is an excellent property manager! He really upholds and represents the values of this company well!

They pulled out of closing two days prior. They did not communicate well with both parties to get to the truth and drew conclusions from lies. They are untrustworthy and dishonest.

Canceled the closing TWO DAYS before closing, I will never consider doing business with these dishonest people or recommend them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I hope I can get my deposit back! If I could give them less than zero I would!

We sold our home for 80K they offered 70k now are selling it to poor credit home buyer for 200k

I sold my home to simple quarters James did a great job quick and easy ,great follow thru from quote to close, if needed would give them another opportunity t

Recently had simple quarters reality purchase the home we were living in. Long story short our home was sold out from under us by a family member, simple quarters purchased the home no fault to them their. After purchasing the house they had us evicted, still no fault to them. Now the problem I have is after the eviction we was unable to remove all of our belongings in time so simple quarters hired jones movers to remove the rest of our belongings. They are responsible for taking any and all things left instead they took it upon themselves to break things of ours put personal items such as mail, kids school pictures, home decor, family items left by mygrandparents, even my dad's military photo album in trash bags and set them out for trash removal. They put ours and our children's beds out in the back yard to be thrown away, all of these items and much more now have been ruined do to their lack of caring and unprofessional behavior. If a company cares this little about a family's personal belongings then why do you think they would care about your home or you in any deal. Not to mention I have called several different numbers listed for this business and every one of them has a busy signal no matter what time you call. Seems alittle strange coming from a company with such high reviews. One would think you would eventually get a live person on the phone since you are trying to sell a home for a large amount of money, that is not the case with this company. Do your self a favor first and do some research on this before doing business with them or you might regret it.

This was a very simple transition the all the people involved where very nice I would use them again if need be

This is the first time I worked with Simple Quarters. They were quick to respond, negotiations were easy and my clients ended up very happy. I hope to have another transaction with them in the future.

Wow Wow wow! Working with Brett and the Simple Quarters team was a dream come true! I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for making everything so smooth!
