Truly an easy and seamless process!
This will be the third property I have worked on with Simple Quarters and it has been a smooth process from day 1 of signing the contract to closing of the day weeks later. The SimpleQuarters team is honest, communicative, and transparent in their business process and they truly serve as the bridge between investors who are looking for great deals and sellers who are in a crunch and need to make cash fast without headaches.

The right people to conduct Business with.
These guys are very professional and knowledgeable. They were the buyers of a property that I wholesaled, and they stuck with me from the very beginning despite the many issues that our buyer had. Last second issues came up, and they were very adaptable and understanding. Everything turned out great, we closed on the property, and they work very quickly.
