Terrible customer service!!

Terrible customer service!!! They took money from my account that was not authorised to and then sent me a cheque that I cant cash!! Because cheques are outdated and banks dont take them no more. When asked if I could speak to his manager no you cant. Rubbish company i will never use again!

Only want you if you are in debt

I’ve been a Simply Be customer for around seven years and have always paid my balance in full every single month, before the payment due date. I’ve never paid interest or carried a balance.

Out of nowhere, my credit account was removed. To make matters even more confusing, I then received an email saying I had been placed on a “pay down plan” due to being in persistent debt. This is impossible, as I have never been in persistent debt and have always cleared my balance in full.

When I contacted customer services to understand what had happened, the communication was inconsistent and I received conflicting information rather than a clear explanation. I was even told to check my credit report with Experian. I did exactly that, only to find my Experian credit score is 1,212 (Excellent), which made their explanation even harder to understand.

After seven years of managing my account responsibly and maintaining an excellent credit score, this has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of transparency, inaccurate communication, and poor customer service have completely undermined my confidence in the company. As a result, I’ve asked them to close my account completely. I expected much better treatment as a long-standing, responsible customer.
Genuinely think they’re only interested in customers who accumulate debt.

Awful liars

Awful liars

They told me to send an expensive ring back for repair then threw it away and gave me some money which didn't even cover the cost to replace it - THEY DO NOT REPAIR items yet haven't even apologised for their mistake - i have had to take legal action. all i wanted was proof of purchase to get it sorted myself but they refused, now i am out of pocket and have no ring.

Website faulty so delivers to wrong address, can't register a new one

The website does not permit someone once registered to change their primary address. I've rung customer services repeatedly over this issue, and every time the customer service agent tells me they have corrected it on their system and removed my old address. Then they send my order to the old address again. I've had it with this company, never again.

I bought some swimsuits months ago in…

I bought some swimsuits months ago in March to try on. I kept 2 and send the rest back. Despite many attempts to contact Simply Be via email and through my account I have yet to get a reply or a refund for these returned suits! Appalling service.

I made an order with this company

I made an order with this company, I do NOT have a Smart Phone or printer so when it came to returning my items this was more than hard work. I am still waiting for a returns label 2 weeks on. would ?NOT recommend them. Very bad customer service.

Never ever again.

I ordered clothing. It never arrived so I followed up with Evri. Evri sent me a message saying that the parcel appeared to be lost. I copy-pasted the message to SB with a polite message.

After a delay, SB proceeded to send me a vaguely threatening email about me having to talk to Evri loss protection and the police, and threatening “further action” if I made a false statement.

I’ve honestly never seen anything like this. I’ve never been made to feel like a criminal for letting a vendor know that their chosen delivery service has an issue. Unbelievable.

My purchase has yet to be refunded so it looks like I will need to take this up with my bank as well.
