Positive experience, friendly team
This was our first time doing any kind of construction as we just bought our first home. We were nervous going into it with so little experience of what red flags might be when selecting a company but in the end, we followed our gut and it did not steer us wrong.
Our loft conversion was completed on time, to a great standard (other trades who came in to work on the rest of the flat would often comment that the work looked very well done). Our project manager was definitely a huge part of why our experience was so positive. Stas was great at communicating what was happening so we never felt the project was running away from us, and when the inevitable snafu happened with large projects like this we were always able to discuss how best to move forward. We had a hard deadline to move into the flat and Stas always had that in mind and kept things moving so construction was completed before our move date.
All in all, we hired Simply Easy Refurbs because we had a positive initial meeting with Seb and because others had left reviews of their positive experience, and they did not disappoint.

Honest and of high quality
We were so impressed with our loft build two years ago that we confidently called Seb and team back for our kitchen extension and would wholeheartedly recommend again. We were nervous given the size of the project and our lack of knowledge but the team effectively held our hand throughout with weekly catch-ups and a whatsapp group, reliable and incredibly hard-working trade teams, careful attention to detail and critically for me, honesty. Our beautiful kitchen was completed to a high standard and on time with clear communication throughout. Our family lived upstairs throughout and were so grateful to see the measures the team took to keep us secure, warm and basically respect our home. Hearing a few other local horror stories of other companies since our smooth project has made us even more relieved that we went with SimplyEasy.

From first enquiry to final meeting, totally professional and friendly. Patiently walked us through all aspects of loft project, smoothly handling anything that came up. All costs exactly per initial agreements. All builders friendly and competent. Very pleased with our experience and our new loft.

Loft conversion
Sebastian and his team have been amazing! They really have helped me through all the highs and lows of the whole process. Unfortunately, for personal reasons, I wasn’t able to complete the works. However, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for their professionalism, communication and friendliness. Simply Easy Refurbs have completed a fantastic loft extension on our house. Their work is of the highest standard and all members of their team have been a pleasure to deal with. Hip to gable loft conversion in North London
We recently have our loft completed ( April 2023 ) and we are very happy with the end results. The quality of the work was of a high standard and not counting the windows upgrade that we had, the project was completed within budget.
Stas was our project manager responsible for assembling a team of tradesmen whom were all very professional and polite. It was great working with all of them. Special thanks and credits to them all.
Communication was also good throughout the whole duration of the project. At the onset of this project, Sebastian set up a WhatsApp group for everyone whom were involved with this project, and we find this a very effective way of communicating. Emma, the customer service manager would phone up fortnightly to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Thank you Emma.
Cleanliness was also very good. As you can imagine, any major building works can get very messy. The builders would clean/sweep the whole place including the front of the property before they go home. In fact our neighbour have commented about the tidiness of the builders.
Finally, we wish Sebastian, Stas and his team many more successful projects like ours. Thank you.

Gave us our dream kitchen
Simply Refurbs took down our old extension which had no foundations and rebuilt our dream open-plan kitchen. It was a very large, multi-month project but a member of the team was onsite pretty much every day, moving things forward. They were thoroughly dedicated, communicative and friendly throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was finished before Christmas (2022).

Delighted with our loft conversion
We are very grateful to our project manager Minde and his team for all of their hard work - we are delighted with our loft conversion. Sebastian, Minde and the team managed a slick process from organising the architect drawings and planning process, to all of the building work. Deadlines in general were met and there were no major hidden costs. Our loft conversion took approximately three months which was great, and overall we were very happy with the service and product. Would certainly recommend!

1st class craft
1st class craftspeople...the team assigned by Simply Easy refurbs were absolutely top level scaffolders, carpenters, electricians, roofers, plumbers and everyday superheroes. They turned up on time ready to go and were a pleasure to have in our home!

Loft conversion

L Shaped Dormer Loft Conversion
Firstly I would like to highly recommend Simplyeasyrefurbs if you are thinking of getting your loft converted in the Newham area.
From day one, Sebastian the owner came over to the house spent time understanding what we wanted, their architect was responsive to our input and it felt a lot more collaborative process.
We had Marius appointed as our dedicated project manager who was excellent. Really good communication and super nice to work with. All the tradesmen's were professional and understanding. Also happily picked up jobs that was not in the specification.
100% delivered to the top service and more than expected. We are so happy with our new space!

Great company and team for loft conversion.
