Seb and team have created a much needed and great value loft extensión for our house, working through permitted development with ease and executing on time and budget. Don’t forget to replace your old roof around your new loft conversion. Brexit delayed some but arriving but they were swiftly installed. Otherwise they were professional, fast and pleasant to deal with. I can’t say the same for every builder!! Work is completed to a very high standard.

We have had a great experience with Sebastian and his team at SimplyEasyRefurbs. The entire team were skilled within their individual fields, and our loft was completed to a high standard within three months as promised. We now have two double bedrooms and a bathroom in our loft space. As with all building works, a few mishaps arose, but these were addressed to our satisfaction. We would recommend Sebastian and his team without hesitation.

Amazing space created. The build team was efficient and careful to ensure the house was clean (given we continued to live in it) during the build. They were very responsive to all our queries and gave great advice regarding any questions we had. We are really happy with they final result and highly recommend them.

We had a loft conversion to our mid-terraced house completed recently and are delighted with the final results. The build was completed to a high standard, to schedule and on budget. This is despite the building trade being under a lot of pressure post-Covid. From helping sort out party wall issues with neighbours to ensuring our family was not too disrupted, the team were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was polite and courteous. When the building started all was completed within time and communicated in advance what we should expect in each week.

My wife and I had been considering an L shaped loft conversion for some time and after a lot of discussion decided to go ahead with the project. Then came the difficult bit, choosing a builder to carryout the work!
I spent months researching numerous building companies through Google, the various review sites and trade bodies and I finally ended up with a list of 5 companies.
Having discussed my requirements with each company I can say, with my hand on my heart, that Simply Easy Refurbs were a country mile ahead of the others. They weren't the cheapest but I wasn't looking for cheap, I wanted trustworthy. The first time I met Sebastian and the project manager Marius, I knew that this was the company to go with. They were very professional, answered all my questions fully and took me through the whole process step by step. They also clearly explained exactly what was and what wasn't included in the price. Most importantly they were not at all pushy during the time I spent making a final choice.
My decision to choose Simply Easy Refurbs turned out to be fully justified. All the teams were extremely professional, they worked really hard even through the most horrendous weather, they were all very polite and accommodating and came up with some really good suggestions to help me choose finishing touches. The project manager Marius was a really lovely guy, he was always contactable and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him.
The build itself was done to a really high standard, each of the trades was extremely professional and conscientious and the mess was kept to an absolute minimum (even when breaking through) and despite covid, lockdown, some really grotty weather and my indecision on flooring, the project kept pretty much on schedule.
The end result is that we now have a lovely big bedroom with a large en-suit bathroom which is the envy of all our friends.

A caring, supportive and honest company from the outset. I cannot recommend them highly enough and, if it’s integrity you value over ‘cheapest options’ then they are for you. We approached them through the recommendation of a neighbour in an adjoining road, and having viewed that loft conversion twice we knew they were for us. Thank you neighbours 🙏🏻 V & R for letting us in. The project was fully funded from the outset, neighbours family member was informed informally as a friend (then formally as required) and we were ready to proceed. From the outset we expressed our concern for the unavoidable temporary impact this project may have on our neighbours (estimated project time 10 weeks) and we were reassured by Seb, the comments here on Trust Pilot and the testimony of the neighbour who had the loft conversion. We are a family who live together and, having all survived Covid together at Xmas, and with a disabled family member we needed to make further changes to allow us to continue to live here and future proof our family home. Loft conversions are an ideal solution in many respects, and many have taken place on our estate. Sadly due to almost constant, and frankly soul destroying, avoidable complications with a neighbours family member (not resident) and friend, we had to stop the project. This has been deeply upsetting not just for us but for all involved… the trades people, the company people, the scaffolders, the surveyor and anyone else who was benefitting from this project in what are very difficult times. So Sorry. But our family unit and our mental health means more to us than anything else, and we are so grateful for the support that the company has given us, in particular Seb and D ( the surveyor). Thank you both from our hearts. We hope that, one day, we may be able to work with you on another project and, until then, we wish you all the success you surely deserve. I have aimed to be honest in this review whilst observing the privacy & dignity of all concerned.

Having researched loft extension companies and requested multiple quotes from various other businesses, Simply Easy Refurbs were not the cheapest but definitely the company we felt the most confident going for when it came to our build.

Sebastian and Marius were happy to talk through any questions or concerns we might have and were always there to speak with on our WhatsApp group. When a couple of issues did come up, for example we thought the builders were going off the architects plans regarding the size of a window when they were actually working off the original measurements in the contract, Sebastian was very quick to correct this at Simply Easy's own cost. The build itself moved very quickly to start with but did slow down towards the end (snagging and last minute jobs waiting to be finished). After chasing, these jobs were completed but that was the most frustrating part of the project.

All in all we absolutely love our extension, the quality of work that's been put into it and the customer service provided. We're constantly being asked for the details of the company who did it and 100% recommend Simply Easy. We'd like to thank Sebastian and Marius and their building team for a fantastic job!

As you can imagine, planning to do a loft conversion during a pandemic requires more reassurance than ever before. After consulting with SimplyEasy Refurbs I was rest assured that I had chosen the right team and gained the confidence that I was in need of to go ahead with my plan for definite.

The workmanship on the loft was efficient and to a high standard, our input was well considered alongside the the team's expert advice. The onsite team were very considerate and tidy and worked some long days/weeks to ensure we kept on target.

From the outset, Marius and Sebastian provided excellent advice and were contactable and responsive throughout the process. The easy communication with Marius and Sebastian was invaluable and a huge benefit. Throughout the design and build they have always been responsive. They left no question unanswered and always kept us informed in a way that allowed us to manage the build easily. It made a huge positive difference.

I procrastinate like nothing else and it’s fair to say we took a long time in choosing the right company for our work, (we saw at least 7) but Sebastian and Marius presented a super professional team and asked me all the right questions to make me feel they were The One!

Even my neighbours have been impressed with how tidy they have been on site, especially after another neighbours builders were less careful/thorough and the street frequently woke after a blustery night with builders rubbish strewn up and down the street!

"Who did your loft conversion?" is all we keep getting asked. It is beautiful, so neat and done to a very high standard. We always have the same reply.... Simply easy refurbs. Like anyone who is planning on having massive renovations done in their home, I was quite hesitant and anxious in the beginning stages, but I needn't be, as even from the very beginning, the builders were very professional, polite, had good manners, were efficient and were tidy in their works each day. Sebastian and Marius were keen in keeping us posted with the weeks schedule of works via WhatsApp. They always responded to any queries we had in a timely manner. It was so exciting to see the works in progress and to meet different trades people along the way who again were all very professional. We were given advice/suggestions along the way outside of our contract which we were very grateful for, such as knocking down an interior wall adjacent to our new staircase. This worked so well since the landing looks so much bigger and the lighting is just beautiful now. So glad it was recommended to us, with no pressure in our decision. We felt as if we were in control throughout the project.

With any big project, teething problems are expected and we were not exempt from this, however Simply Easy have been given 5* review from us due to their efficiency, honesty and willingness to correct any issues which unexpectantly arose, which were out of their control, but which they took ownership for nethertheless. Customer Service is exemplary, which is a real deal breaker for me. We were confident and reassured every step of the way.

We are extremely happy and can't wait to fully furnish our two new bedrooms and ensuite bathroom. The children are especially happy with the extra space.

We are so happy with our loft conversion and so so happy we chose Simply easy to fulfil this for us. We 100% intend to use them again when we plan on refurbishing our kitchen next year.
