Cheaper than a service
Good product, super-quick delivery and cheaper to buy a new extinguisher than to have the old one "serviced" (i.e. glanced at, weighed & stickered by a 'qualified person').

At our prices, it's often the way that it is better value for money to buy new than servicing an old unit. And when you need your extinguisher serviced next year, don't forget to check out our maintenance prices - you may be surprised at how low our prices are for this too!
Thank you for the review,
Stuart

Extinguisher wasn’t in stock when it clearly said it was. Was told one would be delivered next day and the other one the week after they both came the week after. Very poor customer service

Thank you for your review Kevin, and please accept our apologies for the delay you experienced due to a stock shortage.
Unfortunately, due to the political issues in the Middle East, our suppliers are facing delays in receiving stock into the country. In this instance, we luckily managed to source extinguishers from an alternative supplier and you received your order within 3 working days.
A customer service team member contacted you within a few hours of placing the order and was advised that you were happy to wait for your delivery. I’m sorry for the confusion, but please be assured measures are in place to prevent similar stock issues in the future.
If you would like to discuss this further, please do get in touch.
