I have just recently completed a loft conversion with Simply Lofts. They have done a wonderful job, they were very professional and kept me informed at all times. The team that did my build were friendly and efficient. I am very please with the results and now have a spacious bedroom and en-suite shower.

We have recently come to the end of our loft conversion project with Simply Loft and we are thrilled with the results. Simply Loft have been professional from the start; from our first engagement with them through to the survey, architect plans, onsite delivery and overall support and customer management. Our project manager Marius and his team were brilliant, working long hours and producing excellent results. Our contact with all of Marius' team from the builders through all the trades has been a positive experience. We have been provided with a top quality loft conversion and would not hesitate to recommend Simply Loft and Marius.

Simply Loft did our loft conversion and we are very pleased with the results. The team that did the work were Root Construction and all of the workers - builders, tilers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters - were very friendly and professional. They created a bright, airy bedroom for us and a separate shower room, which has made a huge difference to our home. We would happily recommend Simply Loft.

Simply did a great job on our loft conversion. My project manager Leigh was very professional and responsive, and his team were clearly very experienced. Any issues, changes or questions were dealt with quickly, and never any excuses or quibbling. We heard about Simply Loft as we’d seen their sign outside a neighbour on our street who were having their loft extended last year. We were amazed at how quickly the build took and were very impressed with the results when our neighbours invited us to see the finished rooms. They recommended that we ask for the same team for our loft extension- Root Construction who are one of 8 teams that work for Simply Loft on these builds. Simply were very accommodating and informative in the whole process. The work began on 2 October and in just 10 days we were able to walk up to the extension to see it start to take shape. We were informed every step of the way and the team were hard working, professional, polite and courteous. We had to get them to stop for lunch sometimes as they were so hardworking. The work was completed (including painting and decorating) well in time for Christmas, and we are extremely pleased with the result. I would thoroughly recommend Simply Loft and the team (Root Construction) for anyone that wants a loft extension.

Simply Loft were a pleasure to work with. They came up with the initial drawings quickly and allocated us a fantastic Project Manager in Mantas. Planning permission was granted on Friday and the build started on the Monday... that’s how quick the process was! We found when the teams were on site they worked incredibly hard and to a high standard. We had a one bedroom flat and now have 2 additional good size bedrooms and a bathroom, we honestly feel like we are living in a different property. Simply Loft were responsive to all questions we had and the cost breakdown was clear with no surprises. Would highly recommend, they work with great companies and we felt really lucky to be allocated Mantas and Mercury Building Solutions.

Simply Loft just finished converting my loft into a bedroom with en-suite. The project went smoothly from the initial meeting and contract to through to the design stage and then the build. I’m very happy with the final result. The project manager, Ramas, and his team of tradesmen worked at pace but did not sacrifice quality. Also, a special call-out to Lorraine in Customer Support, who was always on hand to explain the process and answer any questions.

This was my first loft conversion and the experience was very good. Any construction work comes with stress and demand for quick decisions that need to be made but having a project manager, David, on hand really made a massive difference and helped alleviate some of those issues. The workers were a great standard and quick too. Simply also coped with a lot of my change requests during the build without complaints. Would definitely use them again.

We recently completed a loft conversion followed by a side return extension with Simply, taking a total of 6 months and the results are fantastic. It was very clear at every stage what was happening and also the costs involved plus the Simply online dashboard was extremely useful for monitoring costs, progress and any agreed changes. 
Once through planning the build team were great; very friendly, hard working (on site 6 days a week and worked through all sorts of weather and temperatures) plus they always tidied up at the end of the day and finished with a high standard of work. Overseeing the team were a Project Manager and Site Manager who were both knowledgeable and very helpful especially when we inevitably hit an issue and always managed to resolve it with no drama, even while I may have been stressing!  
Overall a definite recommendation and we'll love the results for years to come.

We recently had a loft conversion completed by Simply Lofts and are extremely happy with the work they have done.

The price quoted was very competitive and completely transparent to each of the costs. The project manager assigned (Marius) was responsive and helped us through all of our questions during the work. The builders were professional and worked quickly - finishing the job sooner than originally planned. The Simply dashboard was very helpful for managing specification, costs and payment.

The job has turned out exactly as we had hoped and we would definitely use Simply again for any future building work.

We are really pleased with the finished product of our loft conversion through Simply. We got two bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom built over last summer and the project went smoothly. Mindis, our project manager was easy to deal with and even when he went on holiday, he responded to my messages. All the staff who worked for him were friendly, expert in what they did and respectful of our family space.We were also looked after by the customer service team who helped things along. They came in as the cheaper quote and were also a dream to work with.

All at Simply loft were extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions and Marius and the team did a superb job of the build, Really courteous, tidy and approachable builders and tradesmen and was kept up to date through the whole process. We are extremely happy with the end result and are really enjoying the extra space.

Amazing service offered by this company. The builders ‘expanse homes’ did a phenomenal job with my build always keeping me in the loop with all decisions. The finish of the work is also great.

Simply were very well organised with frequent check ins to ensure everything was going to plan. Overall very very pleased with the service provided and would definately recommend for anyone looking to get building work done.

I don’t often write a review but felt Marius and his teams hard work deserve a few minutes of my time. We were extremely impressed and grateful (as having your roof off in November is not ideal) at the speed the main structure went up, which was mainly due to the hard work and long days they put in. All the trades, electrician, plumber, carpenter etc were polite, turnt up on time and their work was to a high standard.
Marius was in constant contact with us, letting us know at what stage the job was at and who would be coming to do what and when.
We had a few minor problems like with any build which Marius dealt with quickly and efficiently.
We are extremely pleased with our loft extension. Simply Lofts was recommended to us and we would have no problems in recommending them in the future.

The whole team have done an mazing job! From the Project Manager Marius to the tiler, plumber, eletrcician, carpenter, plasterer etc, they have all done a fantastic job. They all are focused, efficient, punctual, polite, clean. They went way beyond our expectations, always finding solutions and with good advices. Simply Loft were _simply_ great to work with. They worked extremely hard to get the our project finished in time for Christmas and the team were always working long hours to deliver a high quality finish. They had some great ideas we did not think of, and it has made a real difference to our over all plans.

Simply Lofts undertook the build project for our flat in Earlsfield. They have done a great job. Marius, our project manager, has been very helpful throughout and has recommended various workers for the electrics, plumbing, carpentry etc. who have all been efficient and have done a great job.
