Visited to get our little boy a new car seat.

Lovely lady with lots of knowledge about all the seats and how to correctly install and use them. Asked us our budget and things we would like from the car seat and she managed to get exactly what we needed. We went for the avionaut stardust 360 we left very happy, with a newly installed car seat for little one.
Would highly recommend and will visit again when we are in need of an upgrade

I'm unsure how this business is still running considering how the owner speaks to people. After publicly shaming another mum on social media the owner took to private messages to send awful abuse with such foul language. Her responses went from 0-100 and were totally unnecessary and as soon as she was called out on her behavior she claimed she was being bullied. Her tone and aggression was uncalled for and you only have to look at her reviews to see this isn't an isolated incident!

Travelled to Gabi on Tuesday for a new seat for my huge 7 month old. I’ve bought 3 seats from her now and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. My kiddos have always loved their seats. Gabi was very helpful and informative. She made sure I knew how to correctly install the new seat before I left and checked the baby fit perfectly. She was absolutely lovely and we even ended up standing chatting for half hour after.

Anyone who thinks she’s rude can shove their opinion up their arse and clearly can’t take being told straight they are putting their child in danger.

Asked Gabi for advice via email on Saturday prior to purchasing seats and got a reply on the Sunday which helped me massively and I did not expect a reply over the weekend.
Ordered on Monday night and delivered Wednesday, super speedy!

I have just had my 4th order from Gabi at Simply safe car seats.
I booked an in person appointment to let my eldest try car seats as she will be needing a high back booster. Gabi let her try an array of seats, explaining the features of each to me.
She helped me try it in my car to ensure it fit as i have 3 across in the back.
Overall, I would never go anywhere else to purchase car seats.
Gabi is knowledgeable, kind and was fantastic with my children.

Bought two seats off gabi now and as always I’m so happy with her service. She gives me free fit checks whenever I need whereas most shops don’t come back to you or don’t have the knowledge. She’s a small business with a little family yet finds the time to always come back to me quickly and send off the products I’ve purchased the same/next day.
She has always been polite and friendly never had any problems. Thank you Gabi!

Honestly, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. The attitude was shockingly rude and condescending from the start. like asking a simple question was some kind of inconvenience. Instead of being helpful, she made me feel talked down to and completely dismissed.

It’s pretty concerning when a company selling something as important as car seats treats customers this way. You’d expect a bit of professionalism and basic respect, but that was seriously lacking here.

The whole vibe felt negative and unwelcoming, and it’s not a company I’d trust or go back to.

I’ve now had 2 seats from simply safe, a minikid 3 for my oldest in 2023 and now I’m better educated thanks to her car seat safety group a besafe go beyond and base for my little one due in May 26! The customer service and super quick responses are second to none and have been so since my first ever purchase. Infact a hiccup with delivery was rectified within 6 hours! Even when she has a brand new baby of her own of recent!! I simply won’t go anywhere else because of the constant aftercare I have been given with this company.

Bought a car seat from Gabbi 3 times. All 3 times orders have come EARLY! Highly recommend. Will be buying another Avionaut Stardust 360 when my baby grows out of her Avionaut cosmo. Thank you:)

Ordered an axkid minikid 4 for my girl and arrived with next day delivery. Highly recommend this company for advice and support. Ordered another one for my second girl after loving the axkid. Glad my girls are the safest they can be. Love the owner very honest and straight to the point with every child’s safety in mind.

Super rude owner! She consistently swears at people instead of being helpful. Avoid!!

Very rude, time sensitive order was months late, so I cancelled as I was no longer in need of the purchase. The order was confirmed as cancelled, however it arrived a month later and I was charged.

Customer service is childish and rude. This women will never receive my custom again.

The owner is a complete psychopath. She’s abusive to people online, rude to customers and has no clue how to provide customer service.

Unfortunately I would recommend to avoid this company. We have placed an order in the middle of February. Once we didn’t received anything by the end of the month I have contacted the seller through email and phone call. Didn’t get any response to neither of them and only received SMS saying that the item is out of stock and will be restocked by end of the following week. I have therefore decided to wait in hope we going to get our order. Week and half passed and no update and no order was delivered so I have contacted the seller/shop again. Again the only response was through SMS saying that the item just arrived that very same afternoon and it will be shipped the same day. I have received confirmation email with tracking number. Another week has passed and no order was delivered so I have decided to check the tracking number only to find out through DPD that the seller generated shipping label through them but never sent any parcel. So I have again contacted the seller through email, phone as well as virtual assistant. But this time I don’t get any response at all. I had to go through my PayPal to get my money back as the seller completely refused to communicate. I would definitely recommend to avoid this website and this company.

Friendly service. Found what we were looking for and were shown through the options, fitting and differences. We tried a couple of options in our car and with our child sitting to choose best fit. Seat was fitted with assistance and we left all set up! A family run place, which also meant there was awareness of needs. Toilets, changing facilities, toys to play with. I also noticed a comfy chair and breastfeeding cushion for those who need it. Not just the seat, we came away with extra tether straps and a mirror. I also saw a display of useful items such as sun creams, ear defenders, etc. None of it was ever pushed or pressured to buy, we just bought what we thought we needed.

Ordered a seat Saturday 28th February, arrived yesterday! Amazing service, so quick to arrive, seat super easy to install, and I know if I need any help Gabi will be straight on it! Cannot fault Gabi at all.
