Outstanding customer care whilst on holiday following emergency surgery abroad ! Maybe not your usual review but still noteworthy to highlight how well supported and cared for we were . Thank you Simpson Travel .

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish, with excellent concierge support from Stephanie, who was always on hand for our every need. The overall experience definitely exceeded our expectations and without doubt a company you can trust to deliver you a stress free and relaxing holiday!

We are already looking to book through Simpsons Travel again for next summer , after just experiencing a stay in a Villa in Kefalonia with exceptional views and all in quality.

We have just returned from a blissful week staying at The Saints, Nissaki, Corfu. We arrived feeling exhausted and washed out by work and life generally!!One week later, we felt entirely rejuvenated. Simpson Travel delivered on all fronts! The lovely cottage with its private balcony and sensational sea views; fantastic customer service from concierge Debbie who provided brilliant customer service booking all of our activities, restaurant tables (and generally looking after us in a way no one does at home!); wonderful massage by Maria (recommended and organised by Debbie); fantastic food in local tavernas; memorable boat taxis by George’s Boats (also organised by Debbie!) and time spent meandering around (UNESCO heritage site) Corfu Town.
Quite simply a fantastic holiday!

Extremely helpful every step of the way. Great concierge service at airport and hotel. Local knowledge is great, and can arrange bookings for restaurants excursions etc. Hotels and other accommodation (gite in France, villas in Türkiye) always been excellent.

We always travel with Simpsons. They have always been completely trustworthy and reliable. Their staff are wonderful, always there to help when needed.
And their villas are exactly as described.

Slight hiccup with rental car - did not have the one we wanted so upgraded us. But did not suit us so got in touch with Simpson late Sunday afternoon and a replacement vehicle was sent to us early next morning (despite being 1.5 hrs from airport).

Always so helpful, superb holidays. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Our trip to Skopelos in Villa Livadi was fabulous as expected from Simpsons.
Great location, quiet , comfortable and convenient to local facilities and restaurants. Cindy our local representative was delightful, offering practical help and advice throughout our stay. The island is beautiful, the people are so lovely and the weather was perfect. We would return in an instant!!!

We've just returned from a wonderful two week holiday at the Kalkan Regency with Simpson Travel, and it exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we booked, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. The Simpson Travel team made the whole experience effortless, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our holiday.
A special thank you to our Simpson Travel concierge, Laura, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Kalkan and always on hand with recommendations, advice and assistance. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her friendly, caring approach really enhanced our holiday.
The Kalkan Regency was simply outstanding. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the food was excellent, and the views over Kalkan were breathtaking. What truly made our stay so special, though, was the incredible team at the hotel. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and their warmth and attention to detail created such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
A special mention has to go to Dolunay, whose kindness, professionalism and ever-present smile made every day that little bit brighter. Along with the entire Regency team, he helped create an experience that felt so personal and memorable. It's the people who make this hotel so special, and they are a real credit to both the Regency and Simpson Travel.
One of the highlights of our holiday was spending a lazy day at sea aboard the Regency's beautiful gulet. Cruising along the stunning coastline, swimming in crystal-clear water and enjoying a delicious lunch on board was an unforgettable experience and a perfect addition to an already amazing stay.
Kalkan itself is a beautiful destination, with charming streets, fantastic restaurants and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. We returned home with so many happy memories and, before we'd even left, we'd already booked to return next year through Simpson Travel which is probably the best recommendation we can give.
Thank you to Laura, Dolunay, the entire Regency team and everyone at Simpson Travel for giving us such a memorable holiday. We can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful holiday with Simpson Travel to Arosmari Village. All the arrangements worked perfectly and we hope to return for our fourth visit. Joanne the rep was also excellent and extremely helpful.

We have never done a ‘repeat visit’ until using Simpson Travel…..

Had an amazing time in Dalyan, staying at the Neo Dalyan villa. Our rep, Sophie was very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was fantastic and in a great location, plenty to do with a kayak and paddle board supplied and the beautiful pool which is kept spotlessly clean. Would not hesitate to recommend and we are hoping to go back next year.

We booked through Simpsons because of their reputation for luxury villas and exceptional service, as well as a good experience the previously year. Unfortunately our experience fell far below those expectations.

When we arrived the villa was not as advertised. It was dirty, poorly maintained and clearly not ready for guests. After spending over 24 hours trying to get hold of someone, Simpsons’ solution was to move our family, including two babies under one year old, to a hotel 20 minutes away while repairs were carried out. We were promised the villa would receive a deep clean and be fully restored before we returned.

Instead we came back to exposed wires, unfinished repairs, filler left on skirting boards, masking tape still in place, black floors, wood shavings on the carpets and dust covering the beds. The villa was actually dirtier than when we had left it. We ended up hoovering and mopping ourselves just to make it habitable, despite being promised “an army of cleaners.” The villa was not properly cleaned until the following afternoon, meaning the first three days of our holiday were effectively ruined.

Unfortunately the problems continued throughout the stay. We lost hot water on multiple occasions, two bedrooms lost air conditioning and when the electric gate failed we were told to remove the battery and rub it, then manually open an extremely heavy gate. My brother-in-law, an engineer, ended up fixing the air conditioning himself because we were told no one could attend until the following day.

Housekeeping also fell well below any reasonable standard. During the second week, the scheduled clean consisted of little more than changing the bed linen. Floors were not cleaned, surfaces were left dirty and bins weren’t emptied. After complaining, the cleaner returned later that evening and asked us what needed doing - this shouldn’t be a guests responsibility to tell cleaners what needs to be done. It was also inconvenient that the cleaner returned over dinner time when we were doing babies bedtime and trying to make dinner.

The villa manager’s communication and customer service were equally disappointing. We received no welcome despite being told someone would meet us, messages were often answered slowly, impractical solutions were offered, the villa was entered without notice on two occasions, and there was never a genuine apology for the repeated issues. We even received a departure email hoping we had enjoyed a fantastic holiday, with no acknowledgement whatsoever of everything that had happened.

What disappointed us most wasn’t just the condition of the villa, but Simpsons’ handling of the situation. For a company selling luxury holidays, we expected problems to be resolved quickly, professionally and completely. Instead we spent much of what should have been a special family celebration chasing repairs, cleaning the property ourselves and dealing with ongoing disruption. I spent £300 on calls back to the UK, which wasn’t compensated.

A local Simpsons estate staff openly agreed that the condition of the villa was unacceptable, yet Simpsons’ response afterwards has been equally disappointing, offering compensation that fails to reflect the extent of the disruption.

We have travelled extensively and understand that issues can arise, but it’s how a company responds that defines good customer service. Sadly Simpsons failed on both counts.

I would not book through Simpsons again based on this experience.
