Very Helpful
We missed our flight and couldn't have had better help from Simpson Travel in advice on further flights and re-arranging themselves to collect us the next day. Throughout the holiday they were always at the end of a 'phone if required which gave us peace of mind.

We had an amazing week’s stay in Ithaca…
We had an amazing week’s stay in Ithaca with Simpsons. From the start, we were so well looked after, from the booking, to the arrival in Kefalonia and onward travel to Ithaca. Judith, our “rep” was truly wonderful. We didn’t need to call upon her, but felt 100% confident that if we did, she would have sorted whatever problem there might have been, with a smile!

Super Simpson Travel!
We have returned to using Simpson Travel time after time due the high quality of service they provide. The seamless attention to customer satisfaction, the quality of representatives, their local knowledge, the quality of accommodation, the locations they have all make up a seamless package free from stress so our holiday can start when we leave the door. It is by no means the cheapest company but you get what you pay for. I would like to make a suggestion? Please will Simpson travel explore competing with Riviera Travel on small yacht holidays in places like Croatia, Montenegro, and the Adriatic for example.

The Total Holiday Experience…
We are regular travellers with Simpsons. The office team and all the staff we meet at our destinations are so helpful, from the airport/port to hotel we cannot fault them. Nothing is too much trouble for them and if there are problems it is sorted with total professionalism. Hence our continued travelling with them already looking to book next years holiday to the lovely Bella Mare in Corfu.

Another fantastic family holiday on Lefkada - thank you Simpson Travel
Just returned from a fantastic week staying at the beautiful Villa Galini on Lefkada.
It’s our third family holiday with Simpson Travel and we are always so impressed with the quality of accomodation and support from the Simpson’s team both in the UK pre-departure and the local reps.
Ioanna was super helpful with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants in Lefkada. The welcome pack on arrival was very generous and gave us time to settle before having to think of food.

Villa Stellinas - Kefalonia
We’ve holidayed with Simpson Travel on a number of occasions and they always deliver exceptional experiences. The villas are always well appointed, offering a home from home level of comfort and a luxury feel. This year we’ve stayed in Villa Stellinas which exceeded our expectations.
It has been our visit time in Kefalonia and would certainly return. Plenty to do without feeling at all touristy.
Special mention to Karen who has been our Simpson Travel Manager - nothing has been too much bother going above and beyond to ensure we knew all the best places to go for experiences and dining.

Truly awful service
We were informed that our booking was cancelled 3 days before arrival. The cancellation was no fault of theirs and supposedly neither was the late timing of letting us know. But the follow up service was truly awful. They presented the problem, with no genuine solutions. Instead of sourcing alternative properties from alternative providers, they left us with 1 option - another property in a distant country. That was despite knowing we had a complicated flight schedule and needed to be in the particular place for an event. Worse still we then didn't hear from them for almost 24 hours and only when we kept calling. It never felt like they were bothered. The final blow was they then downgraded our car to one that was unable to fit our party, despite confirming to the contrary a few days prior (we will find out tomorrow if that has been corrected). Ultimately we ended up sourcing alternative properties ourselves. Simpsons were simply no help. We had used them before but never again. The approach was very arrogant, lazy and sloppy. It felt like they approached the problem from their own profit line (opportunity to reduce their inventory from another country). It certainly wasn't about customer satisfaction.

The team searched extensively for an alternative in the days before your arrival, but unfortunately we were unable to find a suitable replacement for the accommodation you had booked in Mallorca. The way we supported you afterwards, including the length of time you were left without an update, fell well short of the standard we hold ourselves to. I completely understand why you felt so let down.
Your accommodation will be refunded in full, although I recognise that this does not undo the uncertainty and frustration caused, particularly given your flight arrangements and the event you needed to attend.
I am also personally following up on the car arrangements with our team to ensure that the vehicle provided can accommodate your party as confirmed.

Trapezaki Blue, Kefalonia 10 out of 10
Trapezaki Blue, Kefalonia. Amazing villa, great location and panoramic views. Simpsons think of everything, on arrival there was a great welcome pack which had everything we needed so we didn’t have to rush out for food, drinks etc.
Karen Parkinson from Simpsons was so helpful and informative and always on hand to help with any little questions, nothing was too much. She even arranged extras for my special birthday.

The beautiful White Orchid
The White Orchid is exceptional and suited our requirements perfectly. Set in a peaceful location with stunning views, being there is a pleasure. Whether sitting on one of the beautiful terraces, shaded by mature trees or swimming in the sparkling salt water pool, it is difficult to tear yourself away
Davide and Chrisa are fantastic hosts and wonderful representatives for Simpson Travel. They provided a healthy, beautifully presented breakfast each day and took time to chat, making you feel as if you were staying with friends. They are both very efficient and we enjoyed many evening meals out with taxis and restaurants being arranged on our behalf by Chrisa.
There is a well stocked honesty bar and additionally the owner provides a selection of fruit, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk, beer and wine in your room on arrival to avoid a rush to the shops.
Locally a short stroll from the hotel takes you to a secluded beach, sometimes completely empty, whilst a longer walk takes you to the pretty marina of Sivota with many good quality restaurants and plentiful bars and cafes.
We have been travelling with Simpson for over 15 years. Just occasionally we do consider other travel companies, but with beautiful accommodation and consistently outstanding service, why would we take the risk?!?
