Ordered some mesh and ground spikes…
Ordered some mesh and ground spikes which were sent out straight away from Sinclair & Rush. Unfortunately, DHL only delivered the spikes and kept just saying that they'd got the second part of the delivery, however Sinclair & Rush were brilliant in chasing this up (even though I'd contacted DHL myself) and they contstantly kept me informed about the upcoming second delivery.
Happy with the product and the customer service was first class and it felt like you mattered to them, which in this day and age is a rarity. I'd definitely buy from them again and I would certainly recommend them as in my opinion, a good company proves themselves in after-sales services.
