I bought a byd dophine with few…
I bought a byd dophine with few scraches on the car when I picking my car. I told sales about this and we both took photos, he said he will ask his manager to solve the issue, now 2 weeks gone.

Excellent service at Cardiff BYD
My husband and I visited the BYD Cardiff showroom in December to look at the BYD Excellence as I am interested in acquiring one. The young man who if I remember correctly was Adam, gave us first class service. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all our questions. He showed us many features of the car and what options I had for purchasing.

Brilliant staff, brilliant car!
Not the smoothest process with ordering and recieving the car due to demand of the cars and the company themselves keeping up with it, however, Sam and Adam made the whole thing so much better! Always there when needed, and I finally have my perfect car and cannot thank them enough! Honestly, do not let the wait time put you off not only are the cars well worth it. Sam and Adam are just phenomenal! Going above and beyond always!

Sam at Sinclair was an absolute dream…
Sam at Sinclair was an absolute dream to deal with. We have never experienced the level of service she provided in any other time we have purchased a car. She goes above and beyond and we would not hesitate to buy another car with Sinclair if she was involved.
Any problems and she had the answers. She instilled a great deal of confidence in buying a new BYD car.

Customer service what a joke
I recently purchased a BYD Atto 3 from the Cardiff dealership. While the sales pitch was impressive, highlighting the vehicle's numerous features, I encountered several discrepancies upon receiving the vehicle. Despite promptly reporting the issues within the first week, it took approximately three weeks for the dealership to acknowledge my concerns.
Subsequently, a diagnostic inspection was conducted, but the dealership asserted that no faults were found and the brochure's specifications were accurate.
Upon further inquiry, all communication from the dealership ceased.
Based on my experience, I advise caution when considering Sinclair as a potential dealership unless prepared for potential challenges and disputes.

Excellent service at BYD Cardiff
From the moment that we enquired about a test drive, we received excellent customer service. When we arrived Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all the questions that we had. It was useffuk to be able to have a slightly longer tet drive than other garages had offered. Highly recommend, we also loved the car.
