How does going into dealership for a puncture repair turn into a new vehicle??
I keep asking myself the question and consider it must the power of a super salesman, namely Steve Taylor.
It was never intended but the professionalism and atmosphere created by, not just Steve, but the whole team, persuaded me otherwise.

F Pace Jaguar delivered not as ordered. I ordered Bright Exterior pack, Black Exterior Pack delivered. Now telling that me unlikely to be able to be changed (not the vehicle, just the chrome exterior trims).
As the vehicle was six weeks late, my suspicious cynicism leads me to wondering if my car is being driven by somebody else. To say I'm not happy is an understatement.

The showroom is a stylish place and we were always made welcome.
Rowan was excellent, helping in any way he could to make our purchase special. He liaised with other departments constantly to make sure things ran smoothly and we were kept informed.
We are very happy with our new car and the service received.

Attention to detail and great service from staff

This is the second Range Rover we’ve purchased in three months. This time we’ve dealt with Rowan and he’s been outstanding. His cheeky chappy approach makes it really easy to build a relationship with him, but it doesn’t take away from his professionalism. He’s been clear, concise and amazingly helpful. The car is a dream also!

The service we received the first time made it easy to go back for a second, but if we were looking for a third it would be a no-brainer, and we’d be using Sinclair Landrover again.

Oliver Callen was brilliant throughout the whole process of viewing, test driving and eventually purchasing a vehicle from the Sinclair Group in Swansea. Oliver went above and beyond when answering any questions at any time of day! I can see myself purchasing another vehicle from Sinclair Group, but will preferably request Oliver to deal with my request. If I could exceed a 5 star rating then i would.

Purchased my first car from
JLR and have been extremely happy with the overall service provision provided from Sinclair Group.

I was undecided on choice of car model initially (F Pace, E Pace or LR Discovery), but dropped in one day and was given ample opportunity to test drive the models to help make a decision.

Once decided on an E Pace, the sales representative was very helpful in helping me build my car, together with finding a match for my needs. He provided an unbiased level of advise and communicated with me throughout the whole process.

I experienced a smooth service and my personal requirements were always considered.

Slight delay on the handover date, but this was not an issue and I fully understood the rational behind the date moving out by a few days.

There was a lack of E Pace models to physically view at the garage, but I was advised this is purely down to Jaguar models being withdrawn from the offering and thus availability was limited.

Thank you for a quality sales service.

Hasib Islam we can't thank enough he helped things go smoothly from, changing to personal number plate, which we never done and also arranged our disabled tax to be applied to the car. Both these issues took allot of stress off my shoulders being a full time carer to two disabled adults. Plussss the car had a full tank of petrol, I have bought a few new cars over the years but always my first stop was too a garage it was another relief not to have done that, Jaguar Sinclair Swansea took all effort out of it.
