Impossible to contact
I needed a key for my Jaguar so I tried ringing Sinclair JLR. I must have tried about 30 times but there was no answer on each occasion.
I then tried live chat on the website and engaged with a very polite woman who told me someone would be in touch asap. This was 3 weeks ago and still nothing.
I am amazed by the total lack of service from a main dealership of a prestigious manufacturer.

No excuse, but this was around the time where we were moving to our brand new premises, so things were a little tight on the ground with everything being moved across.
