Top Service experience
Really smooth recall experience, Sean was great from top to finish. Kept me updated throughout the day, super cheerful and helpful and made sure I was looked after and knew what was going on. Totally recommend and has restored my faith in Landrover service departments, wouldn’t go anywhere else now, it’s worth the drive to have honest, efficient people dealing with you and makes the experience much more pleasant!

Outstanding service from start to…
Outstanding service from start to finish. From the moment I contacted jaguar assistance with in an hour I had my courtesy car, meaning I was able to get back on the road. Big shout out to the team in the Swansea branch especially Bec’s who kept us updated on the repairs. Thank you to Vicky and Ben also. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us and we really appreciated everything you done for us.

Disappointing
Disappointing. Had the wrong vehicle specification on handover and took over 3 weeks to rectify (partly due the JLR cyber attack) and 2 handover dates later. Have been told I will have some recompense for the issues, but still not offered anything as yet. Been JLR customer for 25 years, very pleased with the vehicle otherwise.

My Land Rover had a blown turbo
My Land Rover had a blown turbo and was taken to Land Rover Swansea. From the very beginning Ben from the service department has been excellent and kept me updated with progression of my car. Ben was very helpful in sourcing me a courtesy car and went above and beyond . Excellent service needs practice with tea making skills lol. I highly recommend Land Rover Swansea

Great experience as always
Great experience as always. Customer service and comfort at the showroom is lovely. Always get offered a nice coffee and a Welsh cake and it’s a pleasant environment. Only slight negative is the split wiper blade I needed replaced (recently fitted) was cleaned not replaced and the split is still there. Awaiting call back to rectify which I’m sure they will do.

Such helpful staff
The staff at Sinclairs were particularly helpful, efficient and friendly. In particular the sales executive Chey was very attentive and made us both feel very welcome. There was no hard sell only very helpful information and assistance. We could not have had a better experience or made to feel more at ease.
