Great vehicle
Joshua was excellent, however, little lack of communication in the first week. Agreed to purchase vehicle on a Thursday and apparently the prep would take a week. Did not hear anything the next week until 5.45 pm on the Friday to state a new part was required so vehicle not ready until the weds of following week. Collected vehicle after 2 weeks and dash not wiped down, large cobweb on dash to interior mirror. Full tank of fuel turned out to be just over half, clock an hour behind. A little disappointed with the finer details but excellent vehicle and impressed with Josh Tomkins knowledge of vehicle and patience. Thank you 🙏

Professional and I would highly recommend
I’ve recently bought a California from Sinclair group Swansea. The whole experience has been so positive. Kyle was patient and reassuring on my test drive and throughout the whole process. There was a small issue after purchase which was dealt with quickly. Kyle was very professional and would highly recommend using this garage.

I had problems with my new VW T7…
I had problems with my new VW T7 California and dealt with a Gentleman by the name of Rob James.It involved several visits to the Gorseinon Garage.Rob went above and beyond each time and they eventually resolved the issue under warranty.

Awful after sales service- don’t go…
Awful after sales service- don’t go near there if you are hoping for any aftercare. Bought an ex-demonstrator VW campervan with only 300 miles on the clock - leisure batteries have never charged and I have been palmed off for the last 5 months since buying it. Never been able to use it to camp. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. If I could put no stars I would!
