TOOK ON MY CASE AND FROM THE VERY BEGINNING NOTHING BUT MISTAKES, PAPER WORK GOING MISSING, PHONE CALLS MISSENTERPETED, NO COMMUNICATION, WHEN I PHONE THE SOLICITOR DEALING WITH MY CASE IS NEVER AVAILABLE AND NERER RETURNS CALLS I HAVE BEEN WVEN MISINFORMED A NUMBER OF TIMES AS TO CASE UPDATE, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND, AS THE WORST SOLICITOR FIRM EVER, AND BECAUSE THEY ARE A COMPLETE SHAMBLE I AM NOW CONCERNING TAKEING A CAS AGAINST THEM FOR MISREPRESENTATION. AVOID.

It looked like a simple, normal, straightforward procedure: just applying for a Class D long-stay study visa for a post-primary student from a non-EU non-EEA state – so we tried to do it all ourselves, last year. This was a bad and extremely costly mistake: it meant we waited in "Immigration Service Delivery/Visa Facilitation Service" limbo from May to September, only to get a refusal on totally spurious grounds several weeks after school had already started in Ireland. What happened next still feels like a sheer miracle: we called Helen at Sinnott's, and she got us the visa inside of four weeks. Just like that! We had been advised: "Talk to Helen, she is the best of the best." And it is true. I have come to suspect that the IDS/VFS are scared of Helen, so they don't dare to fool around making phony excuses for refusals when an application comes from her. And maybe from anyone at Sinnott's (but I don't have experience with the other Partners so I can't comment about that). So please, folks, take my advice: don't try to go it alone with Irish Immigration – they have rocks and reefs and snares and traps and pitfalls that you would never expect, and you might think you know what you're doing, but really you don't, you can't. Nope, get professional help, and get it from the best.

I would like to leave my bad review with this office. I paid €200 for the consultation with Nolito, he gave me options on how to proceed with my case, but I never received a response, sending several emails but never getting a response. I am very disappointed with this office, they did not accept the advice from lawyer Nolito, he is not good. They didn't even try to help me, they did absolutely nothing for me, I was recommended by a friend but I won't recommend it to anyone else, I'll make a post on Facebook and social media about it, people need to see how bad this is.

You are completely wrong, if you want I can forward all the emails. I think you didn't check the correct person. I complained about the lack of attention to Nolito and weeks later he responded to me, everything he requested was sent, so please check his emails again, nothing you said is valid and I have proof of everything, This answer just proves how bad you treat people. I will take appropriate action with the evidence I have.

If you insist on talking to me this way I will expose all the emails sent here, I'm not making threats I'm just defending myself from a completely rude response.
