Phoned Sinnott Solicitors for for recommendations or names of criminal law firms. He said he did not know of any criminal law firms!! Really quite dismissive when this was not apparently his area of expertise.

Woulkd not recommend.

Everyone was so friendly and professional at all stages and very welcoming when I went into the office I hade a very complicated situation that required me to apply for a right to remain in the country based on my child birth in Ireland but I wasn't a straight forward application it was all most impossible but I was in good hands Peter O'sullivan handled everything in a very professional way, he was available all the time and he always reply to my email and answered my questions, he keep me updated through all the process its been a year now finally my application been Approved and I got permit to remain in the country with stamp 4. The EUR 200.00 consultation fee for 30 minutes is steep but would be fair if you get a quality service. But to my surprise, it went a bit different than what I had imagined.

First, I sent an email weeks before hoping that my consultant would be familiar with my case by the start of the interview, but no. The first 10 minutes went by with her (who I never knew the name as she never presented herself) reading the email and typing on her laptop, asking questions that she would've know the answer to had she taken 5 minutes to read my email beforehand.

Second, I was being interrupted every time I tried to speak and add a new information to what she was asking. My questions were answered but on a rushed manner and no room to follow up questions.

Almost at the end of the 30 minutes consultation, there was the "next steps" phase where I was told I would receive an email with the list documentation required for them to send a letter to the immigration on my behalf.

Two weeks have passed and no email from Sinnots. I heard so many good things about them but unfortunately I can't say my experience was worth 200 euros.

I have had free consultations in the past that had better customer service than that. I am not impressed. Two stars rather than one because the solicitor really knew what she was talking about. Unfortunately that is not enough.

I have been dealing with Sinnot Solicitors for over 7 years, and highly recommend them to anyone, as they are very proffessional, very helpful and ensure a high quality service for visa applications through to Citizneship every step fo the way.

We contacted Sinnotts in October 2021 for a Visa to Join Spouse as I recently married my wife who is a Moroccan national.
