Day trip to Cromer 6hrs travel both…
Day trip to Cromer 6hrs travel both ways and only 4 hrs in the resort why go from Arnold to Derby and Leicester Forest East on route,I know they are pick up points but this is ridiculous, spending 12 hrs travelling.Feel you should review the logistics of this trip.
Sorry for the poor review but it just seemed very badly organised

Robin the driver was brilliant
Robin the driver was brilliant. A great driver and for someone like me who has travel anxiety he made the journey stress free. Because of him we have booked a second trip.

Channel Island Explorer
Something a bit different for me a holiday using multiple ferries. Both hotels were very good. We had an experienced tour manager who was real asset both with the travel arrangements and in resort. I have booked it again for next year to do a bit more exploring on my own rather than Herm/Sark itinerary

Brilliant
Been going on skills trips and holiday for some years. They are very reliable and the coaches are extremely comfortable. The staff are friendly and great. It's so easy to book and you get confirmation immediately with your seat numbers. They have such a variety of destinations it's almost impossible to go on just one.

We went on your trips to see ABBA…
We went on your trips to see ABBA Voyage. From the moment we were picked up to the moment we were dropped off at Derby everything was excellent, the driver was exceptional dropped us off close to the venue and explained he would pick us up at the same point. The tickets were excellent in a very good area. The coach was extremely comfortable. I am so glad we decided to do the show by coach.

Booking the holiday was easy
Booking the holiday was easy, there was lots of choice and the prices were well explained. Once we had booked I made a quick call about something, the lady I spoke to was lovely and helped me sort out my issue straight away.

Went with Skills Optimum to Leonardo…
Went with Skills Optimum to Leonardo Hotel, Brighton. The Skills part was very good, but the hotel wasn’t as described. A reasonable hotel but can’t see how they warrant a 4 star. The restaurant is more like a works canteen. Short walk to the beach? At least half an hour. 10 minutes to the Lanes, you would have to run all the way. This hotel is not suitable for anyone elderly or disabled. This was not a seaside holiday and you didn’t make this plain.

But, we still had plenty of time. The driver came back a slightly different route.

A good coach company
I have been on many trips with this company.
There needs to a little more attention for disabled passengers and access.
The coach company otherwise a good reliable and the personel have good communication skills
