Went with Skills Optimum to Leonardo…
Went with Skills Optimum to Leonardo Hotel, Brighton. The Skills part was very good, but the hotel wasn’t as described. A reasonable hotel but can’t see how they warrant a 4 star. The restaurant is more like a works canteen. Short walk to the beach? At least half an hour. 10 minutes to the Lanes, you would have to run all the way. This hotel is not suitable for anyone elderly or disabled. This was not a seaside holiday and you didn’t make this plain.

There were a few diversions on by road…
There were a few diversions on by road closures,
But, we still had plenty of time. The driver came back a slightly different route.

A good coach company
I have been on many trips with this company.
There needs to a little more attention for disabled passengers and access.
The coach company otherwise a good reliable and the personel have good communication skills

Day trip to whitby
Driver was cian, he was pleasant and cheerful,and informative, day trip to Whitby, coach was comfortable and punctual, overall a lovely day out,
However I consider a half hour stop on a 3 hour journey unnecessary,especially as there was a toilet on the coach,I was on board at 7 , arrived Whitby at 12 , that extra half hour would have been nicer at Whitby,
Short 10 min stop on way back m Cian ran out if driving time as we reached Nottingham so Derby people were put in a minibus back to Derby, no issues with that, ☺️

Booking process
It was easy to obtain information from the office staff on the options we were considering and to book as soon as we had decided on the most suitable dates. We also received a "loyalty" discount as we had just returned from another short break with Skills.

Prompt starts
Prompt starts, before and during the trip. Impressed by the way the driver avoided traffic snarls. This meant that in the morning, motorways were avoided when necessary. At times that was impressive, and ensured that the passengers had the maximum time at the destination, and had minimum delay on the return journey.
