Quality Products. Good Prices. Efficient Service.
The fact that I have returned to Skin Station for my purchase of Jan Marini Body Scrub (rather than anywhere else) is significant! The reason I returned is because: Skin Station stock authentic, high quality products, offer good prices, reasonable shipping costs, despatch time is favourable, they pack items carefully. My only wish is that they could send via Royal Mail as it suits my location better.

Out of date!
I have been supplied a product that is out of date this month. Yes it was ‘on offer’ but no where did it say it was old stock. An expensive item even when on offer, other sites had it on offer too, I will in future buy from these. 2 stars due to speed of delivery and no hassle return for sending item back, though they do keep my money for a few days longer!

The Vitamin C serum
The Vitamin C serum seems to be working, but unfortunately it irritated my skin. Also, the order was supposed to include a complimentary 15 ml Medik8 serum, but it wasn't included in the package. That was disappointing.

False advertising
I was under the impression I was getting a discount of circa £50 from my order, instead I was sent an eye brow pencil, which I have returned. I will not be using Skin station again. The products I actually ordered came well packaged, and are all fine

We have never advertised a £50 discount on orders, so we're sorry if there was any confusion. At the time of your purchase, our promotion was receive a free Obagi Nu-Cil Brow when you spend over £150. This is a complimentary product rather than a monetary discount.
We also wanted to clarify that we do not sell eyebrow pencils, so it sounds like there may have been some confusion regarding the complimentary item received.

Delivery was fast, however one of the items was faulty and so it means I won’t be able to get the full amount of the serum from the container. Shame as it was a £49 serum.

Skin nation you did very well and I received my order in good time . Shame one product was out of stock and wasn't delivered but you took payment without notifying me . It was only on the order form that I knew it wasn't in stock . Hopefully I will receive this part of the order very soon .
