I’ve been using Skinstation to purchase all my Obaji and other clinical grade products for about 4 years now. Nothing but praise for this company. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. Accumulated points from purchases lead to discounts on future orders which makes prices very competitive. V happy with everything and would definitely recommend to other potential customers!

I’ve been using this company for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The lady who provides the phone consultations (I can’t remember her name!- sorry!) has always been so informative, so attentive to my needs. The company are easy to contact to get an update to your delivery status. Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Missing Item / No after sales service
I recently placed an order for three items, one of which never arrived with the package. There was no notification to say it was being sent separately. I emailed twice, a week apart, and have heard nothing back. I am now £95 out of pocket with no resolution and no communication whatsoever. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable after-sales service.

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration.
I do apologise, however, I’ve been unable to locate the first email you mentioned sending. However, I can see that one of our Customer Care team responded to your email this morning, around an hour after it was received to give you an update.
I have also just tracked your order and can see that the missing item was delivered approximately an hour ago. Unfortunately, we experienced a temporary stock issue which resulted in the item being dispatched separately, and I’m very sorry that this was not communicated to you more clearly at the time.
