Always an amazing service
I have been ordering skincare products from skinstation for years now and I can confidently say they are a fabulous company. Delivery is always fast and their service is very friendly. I even won their relaunch prize draw in December and they refunded one of my orders in full which was close to £100 and even sent additional products that I didn't pay for, absolutely unexpectedly. Always a pleasure to shop at!

Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service. I purchased a bottle of Obagi Hydrate a few months ago and about two thirds of the way into the bottle the pump stopped working so I couldn’t get any product out. I emailed and received a reply straight away from Jordan who advised that they would send a brand new replacement. I have today received my replacement product all within a week.

I love the products
I love the products. They are not easy to get reliably without importing from the US. They were delivered very promptly and the order process was easy. The site is attractive and I will take up the offer of a consultation.

The Obagi products intermittently don't…
The Obagi products intermittently don't work - in particular, the No3 skin brightening cream. I suffer from the occasional acne breakout and need to use it in small areas to even out my skin tone - some products just don't contain the very distinctive hydroquinone smell, so I can tell it is a batch that won't work- I paid £125 for the cream, and there is no result - its a disgrace 1
