Brilliant service and delivery. Ordered just after Xmas so great offers and I did email to check delivery and staff really helpful and quick responses, delighted with my Obagi order and free products.

Unfortunately, I have to leave another negative review for Skinstation as I have received yet another unsolicited promotional email from them today, despite me unsubscribing several times from their newsletter (that I did not subscribe to in the first place).

I’ve also emailed them several times and left them a negative review here, to which they’ve responded, but have continued to send me spam.

No doubt they will send me another promotional email next week, which will result in another negative review.

I ordered on the 9th of October with shipping 2-3 days. It's now the 16th of October and despite having already emailed and asking for an update on my order I have no updates. I've also checked DPD but not shipping dates on there either. I've emailed again this morning.
Regardless of the amount spent I would expect an update to explain the delay and give an update. Like various other reviewers have said it seems customer service is lacking.

Update:: they have now contacted me to let me know the progress of my order and when it will ship.

Further update:: despite updating me that it would ship Thursday I now on Saturday (9 days later) have no shipping notification and no delivery. I will avoid this company in the future. This is incompetence.

Skinstation is my go to for skin care.
They offer a wide range of brands at great prices. They also offer a loyalty points scheme and the free postage is always super fast.

Always purchase my obagi products from here and have done for years.
If I need a prescription strength then Jessica will ring to make sure my skin is still suitable. Fantastic points system and if a problem arises then they fix it straight away. I recommend skinstation for all high end skincare.

I’ve been using Skinstation since last year to purchase Obagi products, and my experience with them has been excellent. Everything has always been professional and straightforward. I really appreciate that they require a consultation before I place an order—it shows they genuinely care about what’s best for my skin. Fantastic products, especially love Obagi, there are lots of fake Obagi sites out there but this company sells the genuine product. Always very quick delivery. Information about the products on their website is good, the discounts and promotions they offer are also handy.

I have been using Obagi products for years. The products Skin Station sell are fake, do not waste your money. After 2 weeks of using their fake products my skin problems were back. I brought the same products from another provider and you can tell how fake these products are after comparing them. DO NOT BUY FROM SKINSTATION!
