I just got a re-up on all my staple skincare and it came so quick! Obagi is my fav brand and I always buy from here to get it.

Products arrived quickly and with free delivery.

Fake skincare products.

Please do not buy any skincare products from them.
Last week I have received Obagi Clear and it was fake.
As soon as i applied the product my skin started burning then i realised this is fake , they have just put an Obagi sticker on front and no instructions nothing on the back of product where as with genuine obagi everything is printed on the bottle of product not a sticker pasted.

FAKE OBAGI PRODUCTS - DO NOT BUY! Ingredients listed on Obagi website in comparison to Skin Station website are COMPLETELY different! I have emailed to complain and I have also contacted Obagi directly to report! I have used Obagi for a while and decided to get delivered from here as they are meant to be an approved Obagi Retailer. When products came they felt and smelt totally different. I went to my Obagi retailer and she gave me the official products. We compared the ingredients list on the back and have discovered these are FAKE! I have requested a refund and I WILL be going to Trading Standards with all my proof as this is completely illegal.

I have done some serious digging and the company they say is registered in Guernsey is actually listed as “Aesthetic Skin Clinic” and not “Skin Station” so Skin Station is NOT a recommended retailer.

Obagi have asked I send the products to them directly to be tested which I will be doing awaiting the reply from “Skin Station”!

Completely misleading, fake and dangerous!

Fake Obagi products, I had my suspicions as the packaging was different from the ones I had, but it gave them the doubt. I just started washing my face with the Obagi 1, immediately noticed that it was not the same colour as the one I got from my skincare clinic and after 2 days my face is now burning, and practically a complete reversal of all the good work from the one I had before. I bought 4 Obagi products from this company, the matte sun shield is different from the one I still have from the clinic and leaves my face shininy and pasty. I was wondering why i was not getting the usual effect from the vitamin C and now I know why. I have read reviews where skinstation is claiming to be an authorized Obagi distributor and giving a number to call in Guernsey, the number is different from the one on the Obagi website. I have no idea what is in this face wash and why it is burning my skin-terrible, not only fake but dangerous products. I thought this company would be reliable as based in Guernsey but I found an almost identical skinstation website based in the Philippines. No wonder your next day delivery took over 1 week to deliver, and your response to my initial complaint of no confirmation letter suggested for me to check if confirmation went to my junk emails- ofcourse I checked for it there before I made my complaint! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Have not heard anything about my order since the payment of over £300. No dispatch notice or delivery update. Getting quite concerned now because delivery was supposed to be in 2/3 days and it’s been a week already and I’ve heard nothing from the company. Shocking service after collecting such amount of money from customers

No product update after ordering on Sunday (now Friday). They don’t reply to emails or pick up the phone. Awful customer service, I now feel like I’ve been frauded and unsure what to do. Think I’m going to have to order from elsewhere. AVOID.

Incredible Customer Service, trustworthy as all their brands are medically backed so I wouldn't go anywhere else now!! 10/10!

Have been going to Skinstation for my prescription skincare for 2 years now and can’t live without it 🙌 The best products (Obagi and 111skin are my favourites) and such lovely helpful staff. Seen some reviews that people have had issues with delivery, but mine usually always arrive next day!

Skinstation is quite dangerous as I believe they are selling fake obaji products. I purchased some nu derm products after using obaji at my previous clinic for years. The results were immediate and price went up so i looked for an alternative. Unfortunately, i felt that the products were not genuine and enquired a few times. Only after my last purchase am i 100% sure the products are fake. The blender i ordered was gritty, a runny consistency (blender is usually so hard to squeeze out and thick like custard) this had a completely different smell and was just off in so many ways. I immediately told them and sent the blender back, only for them to say they had a 'bad batch' i don't know what else this could be but them covering their back. For years after using obaji at Adonia Skin Clinic (a registered authentic Obaji seller) i never had them say they had a bad batch of obaji. I only wished i listened to them when they said be careful of buying from online retailers. Don't waste your money on these fake products

No support given after reporting an obagi nu derm side effect reported on the 25th of December.

My dermatologist had a recommended a specific brand of the facial wash I should use and I was finding it very difficult to find, without it it would spending £80! I found it on Skin station for less than 1/2 price and with discount a due the black Friday sale. Coupled discount for new customers and super fast shipping. I will be using your services for MANY years to come. 5 star service all the way.

I have been using Obagi medical products for a number of years know, but only been using Skin station as my provider for a few times as like other clients you think you are going to get it cheaper somewhere else, just think twice before you hit that yes button , always always stick to a trusted provider you just can’t go wrong. I have recently bought 2 products Obagi elastiderm facial serum & peptide complex. I have sent to skin station an e-mail as I am not sure which order I should use them in after applying Obagi medical, Also with skin station they send a free small product for you to try. Obagi products are the best, expensive, but well worth it and a little goes a long way, amazing results.

Delivery experience I had was terrible a few times used the wrong address but staff is nice and helpful but I purchase Obagi products and when they have a sale the product + vat is equally expensive so you may as well pay full price ! So not using this again sadly !

I bought facial moisturisers, I was having problem with delivery, but it was good experience.

I wanted to purchase Tretinoin for stubborn blocked pores on my chin and to combat signs of scarring and fine lines. I ordered the product easily from the website and then received a telephone call before the prescription was dispatched. I wasn’t looking forward to the phone call but I should not have worried at all. The Irish lady I spoke with put me at total ease, was reassuring about the product and was keen to share advice and answer questions. The product arrived promptly and I have started using. Very pleased so far. Lovely company to deal with - would highly recommend.
