I've been shopping at Skin Station for 5 years. Good range of products, which I am pleased to see, is expanding; delivery is fast; advice on cosmetics available. Efficient and honest communication. The prices have gone up a few times but I assume it was cost-push inflation.
The reason for 4 stars is that the company does not send product samples. I've received one sample in 5 years and it was great because I was able to try a new brand and in fact, I bought a full size product. Perhaps it can be improved in 2021. Thank you for a wonderful service.

I mostly buy Obagi products from Skin Station, including Tretinoin Cream. The prices tend to be marginally cheaper than elsewhere, but the service is efficient and delivery quick.

Amazing customer service, genuine product. Been using obagi for 3 week weeks now and my skin looks PHENOMENAL my hyper-pigmentation has cleared in no time can't believe I suffered for so long! Items were sent next day after consultation will be using them again and I have recommended to friends and family!

Have been using skin station for over a year now. Products are very good. And the people are always nice & caring over the Fone. Is good that they ring every now and again to check everything is ok.

The only place I will order from excellent service and very helpful fast delivery genuine products yes Obagi is expensive and the system is not for the faint hearted ! My skin already looks better 3 weeks in on the nu Derm kit and I've tried many other products for sun damage which don't come close ! I will only trust skinstation to order more products after all everyone sees your face it's not worth taking chances buying from anywhere else.

I started using Obagi Nuderm 6 weeks ago following a consultation with a dermatologist. I decided to shop online for products rather than paying inflated prices at the clinic. I came across SkinStation and I have to say the service has been second to none. I ordered more products yesterday and they were delivered today. Upon recommendations from my mother, I started using Obagi Nu Derm products bought from my dermatologist. After many trials and errors, I finally found Skinstation who offer the FULL range of AUTHENIC Obagi products at a reasonable price. The staff is always polite and helpful, orders usually arrive next day and above all, I love the Reward Programme and not to mention the complimentary goodies that the company offers from time to time! There are many fakes out there, not only from auction sites but also large online retailers - when the price is so low that it seems too good to be true, it almost always is; clinics who sell the genuine articles are often more expensive than Skinstation and very pushy, pressuring one into buying more than necessary through hard-selling. All in all, I cannot praise Skinstation enough - after searching and researching for months, Skinstation is the only place that delivers the level of service and products that I trust. Thank you everyone at Skinstation! x
