Excellent product, excellent service
Excellent price and delivery was next day (well known stores delivery was 4 weeks). Excellent service with clear delivery tracking and a phone call 30 minutes to 1 hour before. Product is VERY comfortable and come with a 10 year warranty! Unbeatable in my opinion.

Extremely hard mattress
Extremely hard mattress, despite all attempts to soften. Causes back pain, and does not support 13 stone weight at all.

It’s supportive, cosy and genuinely feels like it should cost a lot more than it does. Brilliant value for money and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great mattress.
5 stars — although getting out of bed in the morning is now my biggest problem! 😂🛏️

Sent incorrect size mattress via MattressNextDay, terrible supply chain control.
I purchased a SleepSoul mattress expecting the correct item, only to receive a completely wrong size (a Double instead of the King I ordered and paid £449 for). The packaging was mislabeled and had conflicting dimensions.
When trying to resolve this, the retailer's customer service supervisor dismissed clear photographic evidence. As the manufacturer, SleepSoul needs to take responsibility for how third-party vendors like MattressNextDay are distributing and mislabeling your products. I have had to escalate this to a formal PayPal dispute and report the supply chain issues. Appalling experience.

As the manufacturer, SleepSoul does not manage individual orders, fulfilment or customer service on behalf of retailers. Your order and delivery were arranged directly by MattressNextDay, so they would be responsible for resolving the issue with the order and arranging the appropriate outcome.
That said, we appreciate you bringing the concerns regarding the packaging and labelling to our attention. We take product and packaging information seriously and would be happy to review the details provided to us so we can investigate this aspect further.
We’re sorry that your experience has been disappointing and hope the matter can be resolved with the retailer as quickly as possible.

An excellent mattress
An excellent mattress - thank you, I hope it lasts. However your packaging is poor. I didn't see the manual until I removed all the polythene. Fortunately the mattress was right side up and shot out away from me. I was lucky! Manual outside of polythene on a paper strip around the role with "important- manual here" printed around it.

SleepSoul Wish 3000 Series…
I ordered a SleepSoul Wish 3000 Series Pocket CoolGel mattress, it arrived vaccum packed for easy delivery and was easy to unwrap safely. The mattress expanded very quickly and fully and after giving it a night to fully expand, I spent my first night in it, it was firm which my body needed but with a pillow top which felt like memory foam so it didn't cause any tension in my joints. I slept very well and am very happy with the quality of my mattress.

Great delivery men, friendly and helpful. Mattress came in a box and unfurled easily. I was anxious about buying a new one because my old one was so comfortable but this one is wonderful.

I absolutely love this mattress
I absolutely love this mattress. The medium firm is perfect for me who suffers with arthritis of the back/hips & knees. Ive had the best sleep from the very first night - a full 6 hours unbroken (which is very rare for me)
It is a much deeper (32cm)mattress than my old one and i have had to purchase new deeper fitted sheets - but thats a small price to pay.

Easy to order, delivered Next Day
Easy to order on Mattresses Next Day and as promised the mattress was delivered the next day at no extra charge by a very helpful driver. Unpacking instructions were clear and included a safe knife tool to cut the heat shrink wrap plastic and unleash the mattress to full size. Haven't slept on it yet so can't asses but seems good quality and value for money. The only negative is that it's manufactured in China not the UK which I didn't realise when purchasing.
