Slumberdown Avis 

Ordered via Amazon where it says there is a potential delivery issue. They sell on Amazon but use Evri, which I think is the delivery issue itself. On tracking, they say they've tried to deliver multiple times which is untrue, they haven't tried once. Now Amazon can't cancel the order and I can't get in contact with Slumberdown as they seemingly have no customer service. If there is an issue in transit, it's the responsibility of the seller for using a poor quality courier, the burden should not be on the consumer.

Ordering was very straightforward. Delivered on time and was kept up to date with order progress. Haven't used the duvet as yet but it looks great and feels like good quality and love the fact that its British wool, made in UK and a sustainable product

Brought our new puppy a dog orthopaedic bed.Had a problem with the zip, a new cover was sent out in days. Pup seams to like her bed she's not managed to eat it yet either.quick delivery thank you.

Finally some great pillows All the corners i had to stich up where the filling isnt there but great otherwise Very comfy

The delivery was very quick, although it is a winter weight duvet (13.5) I am sure it will keep me warm as it feels nice and thick. Ordering using a mobile phone was difficult and I had to use my ipad (phone screen did not capture all the info/tick boxes), but once ordered it arrived in a few days. Thanks

Wrong product delivered, slow response from customer services and even though the product had not been opened returns procedure was very poor

Purchased a £40 dog bed from Slumberdown and when it arrived it had been folded in half and looked a mess, it looked like it was a used product. I provided photographs to them to show the item bore little resemblance to the advertised product and their response was very poor. They would not even arrange a timed collection - which to me suggests they want to put the customer off returning.
Update as of 10th August: after leaving two poor reviews Slumberdown contacted me and offered to send me a new cover for the dog bed and although my preferred choice of colour wasn’t available it has resolved the issue so thank you to Suzy for this. Just a shame it wasn’t resolved at the first point of contact.

I wanted to replace my more synthetic bedding so went for the wool products. Like that they are made with British wool so supporting British farmers hopefully.

Orders arrived swiftly and packaged well. Customer service has been good but unfortunately no one manages the emails over the weekend.

Fantastic duvet! Really does help in keeping me cooler in the night. I feel less sticky and sweaty when I wake up now with these wool duvets. Delivery service was excellent, very quick. Easy to order and with a great sale discount. Highly recommend these wool duvets!
