I was looking for a storage unit due to my last unit raising the rent to high. Crystal found a unit and showed it to me explained the rent discount and the use of a moving truck to move in.

This has been an excellent experience for us using Green Valley storage. They’re extremely professional and very friendly and helpful! Not to mention very accommodating for our needs…. I highly recommend them. The facility is extremely clean and safe. Would not store anywhere else. Cindy at the front desk has been very helpful and accommodating!

Website has pricing that the sales…
Website has pricing that the sales person did not know of and that was upsetting trying to show her on your website. She would not take two minutes to have me guide her to the pricing page I was looking at.

The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful on securing a spot for me while out of state she had a great personality, also the storage facility is very secure you feel that your stuff is very safe, and it’s nice to have climate control, great prices and deals

Best storage in Pasadena
Great service. Tom is super helpful. Informative, friendly, upbeat. Areas are clean, well-lit, carpeted; “street signs” to help you find your way. We inspected 3or4 other storage spaces in Pasadena & this was by far the best quality, and reasonably priced.
