NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I emailed for a replacement vape on 6th feb 2021 (now 16th March) as my current one had broken within warranty.
Customer service response only came after a week wait and a second message from me.
Weeks of back and forth and I was told to email the EU warranty centre to get a tracking number.
Received no number just an email to say it would be with me in 1-2 days. A week later no sign of anything.
This is the second vape I have brought from Smok as my first had a charging fault outside of warranty.
Their warranty is a marketing technique they don’t care about their customers or their product once it leaves the shelf.
Literally buy anything else.
They have the worst customer service
They have the worst customer service. They don't acknowledge your manufacturing warranty. They give you the run around until you mention legal action. I had the vape pen 2 kit and that vape kept leaking and leaked into the battery to where the juice got so hot it burnt my lips and the tank shattered. There so called "authentication app" they want you to use to verify it's an authentic smok product. That doesn't work. I sent them picture of every corner of that box that showed it was authentic. Once they told me they would send me a replacement and asked where to ship it. And they stopped answering me of when I would I receive it? And if it was going to be the whole kit and it has been a week and no response. Thankfully the vape shop I got it at they are really awesome and nice that they are going to take care of it for me since the people at smok don't do their damn job. It's not shocking since it's a Chinese based company. I would not recommend getting any of their products cause if they malfunction and you bought an expensive mod youre f'd.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Had an issue with a replacement being sent to me and I quote they replied with “No idea about this situation” when my replacement was lost in transit. Have been waiting for this replacement for at least 50 days. Had no choice in what replacement I got for my faulty device, and company replies were slow and unhelpful.

Worst Customer service in history
I bought one of their product when I was living in Germany, I had 0 issues with it and decided to buy a new one in Canada where I live now. I bought it on January 1st and paid through Paypal where I entered my Canadian address. Somehow they managed to ship it to Germany. I have been in contact with them since so they can resolve this and reimburse me but I was told they didn’t make a mistake and they won’t reimburse me. Honestly, this is the worst customer service I ever dealt with. If I could leave 0 stars believe me I would. I guess I was lucky with the first vape I bought but I would never recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

I’ve been using smok products for a couple years and let me tell you my experience. The first one I ever got was the best. Drew nicely, didn’t leak, so of course they discontinued it. I prefer the pod systems with refillable tanks. Every one after that I bought drew horribly, leaked to the point of me having a washcloth nearly to mop up the liquid every few draws. The coils also start tasting horrible after a couple days. The devices tend to get hot as well. I’s Like to say they’re cheap, but most starter kits cost around $30+ unless they’re on sale. That being said, they frequently are and vape sites push them aggressively. I recently switched to an innokin device and am so far muck more satisfied.

Ignore negative reviews. Smok make solid products and I've tried most and stuck with my 225 mag, tank quality!!!
Warranty
My smok device didn’t even last a mouth, just cut off on me and wouldn’t turn on, i contacted smok as it was still under warranty and was told I would receive a replacement, over a mouth later still haven’t received anything and my emails are getting ignored! so I’ve had to go out and buy another, appalling costumer service and breach of contact! do not buy!!!!

Why can’t you give a score of 0. My local vape store recommended buying Smok as they were apparently a well established brand. So I paid a premium price for a Morph 219 kit. From the word go I noticed a problem, the coil in the kit will not cope if you set the watts above 65ish, so I was through one coil in the first week. The next problem was the tank came loose and would fall off whenever it fancied. Next problem was the leaking, I replaced the glass in the tank and the seals with aftermarket and this helped for a time. The next to go was the touch screen which was about as responsive as a 70’s super computer. Then it was the turn of the battery compartment, not happy with being closed it would occasionally flip open and vomit the batteries to the floor. Enough was enough so I contacted the store who told me to contact Smok UK who told me to contact Smok China who told me to contact Smok Outer Mongolia who told me to contact their branch on the moon. Eventually I got a reply asking me to send proof of purchase and the problems. After some deep consideration from Smok EU I was required to scratch an X in the broken screen and then I was informed my new vape was on its way. However what Smok had failed to inform me was they would only replace the mod by which time I had disposed of the old mod and tank and batteries. I certainly will not buy another Smok product and advise others not to. A badly built product sold by a badly run company. Disappointing. If I could have rated it lower I would have gone into minus figured.

Their vapes probably don't cost more than $2 to make, yes they are that horrible! They leak, battery causes problem, voltage causes problem and a lot of other issues! I've tested with 3 different pods and 3 coils at the same time on the same machine with same type of vape juice, one coil started giving burnt flavour after about 80(yes, 8 and a 0) puffs! Another one died after about 300 puffs and the last one lasted about 600 puffs. This is terrible! It sometimes burns my mouth by pushing hot vape liquid in my mouth instead of vaporizing it. I changed the device 2 times and I get the same result always. Please throw your money in the garbage bin and the money will find a better place than Smok's account.

Not a review on their product but on their customer service. I have a R-Kiss which went faulty after a short time. After a load of hassle, they offered me a $20 voucher which I reluctantly agreed to.
However, the voucher I received was not for $20, but for $20 off my next order of $100 or more. Besides this I couldn't use it anyway because I live in the UK and shipping isn't available to my country.

Bought the novo2 twice. Both times it leaked and after a month or so they stopped charging / working. Complete waste of money! The complaint section is also a joke- Who keeps a proof of purchase for an item worth £20!
Can't choose zero stars but never mind
Can't choose zero stars but never mind. Utterly useless. Last three leak straight out of the box and continue until the tank seals fail entirely. Invariably the tank thread break and can't be detached from the mod rendering the whole thing useless.
The R-Kiss and Rigel both do this.
On the Rigel, TFV9 coils, I can see where the leak occurs. Every one of them has this hole straight out of the packet before they even get used.
It would be cheaper to take up smoking again.
Their warranty and customer service is as poor as their products. Don't even consider them as an option.
