Came quicker than first thought. Fits area good. Just didn't realise that the instructions were in the lounge underneath with the two extra cushions.

Never received my order that I placed 1 month and 10 days ago, have been trying to follow up with their customer service for 2 weeks now and have not received a reply. No tracking order number either. Shipped from Melbourne to Adelaide so shouldn’t have taken more a week to get to me. Their website quoted 2-4 business days for shipping. I also keep getting spammed with emails to review a product that I never received.

Hoping to get a charge back on my card now since no one has replied to me. Appalling service, do not recommend at all.

Fast, convenient and good prices

I ordered December 22. I emailed them already but until now I still have no update about my order

Postage was over 3 weeks, communication when I was trying to see whether it was posted was awful- no reply and when I finally got someone on the phone they said it would be posted that day- was not posted until another 1.5week later.

In the box, well that was OK. Wouldn’t rave about it. The multi tool broke first time opening it and the little music box broke 2nd time using it.

I also emailed to let them know I was disappointed and I received no response.

Initially I was concerned that the company may not be legitimate as I had not heard of them, but after reading other reviews, I was comfortable. My order arrived quickly and the price was much cheaper than everywhere else I looked. The product waa exactly as expected, thank you.

Great products, just as in the shops but WAY cheaper. Product was just as described, hubby loves his new electric razor, and I love that we saved over $150 compared to some places selling the same item!

Ordered 4 x 12 packs American sodas. Cherry 7up expires in 3 weeks and Sprite Chill in 4 weeks. No mention of short shelf life. Drinks have a 12 month expiry and taste horrible. Cherry 7up was out of stock for a long time so I expected new stock. Should be getting sodas with at least a 3-5 month shelf life. Not happy having to throw expired drinks out

Products as described. They did forget my order and, I messaged after 1 month of not receiving any update. They swiftly got my items in the mail that day and I received them within 3 days, so all was rectified.

No contact once ordered. 3 emails sent from me questioning and no reply. Ordered on 28th November; 20th December, no order or contact. They have my money.

I purchase pink maybelline lipstick as shown in picture which says on special and they sended me colour blue lipstick also with a gift card of wines of 100dollars which i dont even use because i m a muslim customer upon returning the product they dont eant to take return chargers very very hopeless and rubbish service just money making
I did not purchase blue it automatically changed in to blue after purchase you guys are just making profit buy selling your shit to people

I was happy with the fast service but the 2 first aid kits are gifts for 2 of my grandsons.

Beautiful dog bed great quality but seems like a small size not a medium. I’ll have to buy a large when they are in stock again.
