Snack At Franks Avis 

This company is a scam, they send you the introductory box and then keep taking your money without sending you any future boxes. Then they lock you out of your account so you can't cancel and ignore all your emails and you have to manually block future transactions with your bank. Do not use, this seems to be happening to many people right now.

Great starter offer but they ignore your emails. I disputed this transaction with my bank and got a refund, they are still sending the product out so that’s their loss

I used a special offer and haven’t received my box. I’ve cancelled my subscription after all my emails have been ignored and will be going through my bank for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend anyone uses this company

Com do not use this company, 20 pound for 4 items and a crap toy thats worse quality than poundshop items!! No way to cancel your order so take money put of account all the time, customer service is non existent, no telephone number, no reply to emails or fb messenger, just a pure cont, do not waste your time, trading standards are now involved with this company, look elsewhere for a dog treat box cos there is alot better places that charge the same for alot more higher quality and alot more stuff, disgusting company just pure con artists/scammers!!!!!

A definite scam. Took money (my bank refunded it after I raised a dispute) and nothing arrived. I then found out I was subscribed and they were trying to take more. Bank blocked them from taking more funds.

I used a promo code to see what it was like and then decided I would use it due to good quality of items, I then came to cancel and have emailed 3 times now and not been able to cancel.

It also won’t allow me to log into my account as saying I’m not subscribed….£20 a month out of my bank account would disagree!!

I’ve had to raise a claim through PayPal as I’m having no success with the company at all

I have emailed them twice to cancel the subscription. No contact back. Can not log in to my account it keeps say failed. Requested new password link not sent. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. But will report to PayPal if no contact this week as the have emailed me to say 2nd box on the way.

Such a shame as great products but shocking website and customer service. They basically hold you to ransom you cannot skip boxes as the website is S**T. Don't respond to messages. Luckily I paid via Paypal so I will have to report them.

Order arrived was not what was advertised, they promised to put thing right in my next delivery but item missing again. Have emailed but no reply. Avoid, awful service and false advertising.

Never arrived contacted them and was told give it a day and contact us tomorrow June 7th as ordered on 25th April. Never arrived and since then they have just ignored my messages and emails and phone number goes to a bt answer service and dosnt get replied to either

Our trial box arrived today and I'm very impressed - my dog loves it! There was loads packed into the box, 4 packs of treats, about 8 chews, a poo bag dispenser, a good quality teddy (that the dog is currently cuddled up with!) and a handy tote bag. We're already excited for next month's box!

I subscribed to a Snack At Franks box a month ago during their £5 mega deal advertisement. I joined half way through a pay month and contacted the team to see if my subscription renewal date could be pushed back to my pay date so I didn't have to worry about finances mid-month. The team were excellent and responded very quickly to my query (in some instances as quickly as half an hour!) and it was sorted before the pay day rolled round.

On a whole, I find the subscription management within the website very good (can easily cancel or skip a month without issue) and the products they send out are incredibly good quality (my dog gets so excited for her chews that she drools!).

Fantastic company overall, looking forward to the future boxes!

Sets up a subscription without ability to manage it. Purposely is trying to take money and prevent you from cancelling. Definitely not worth the money for what comes in the box.

My £5 trial box arrived & I immediately realised contents were only worth that, not the £22.79 as they claimed. Cancelled subscription, then a week later they took £22.79 from my bank account. Emailed explaining I'd cancelled & they said you have to give 14 days notice. So second fully priced box arrives, contents 4 x 50g snacks, 3 small chews & a soft toy that was so badly made it fell apart within 2 minutes! Absurd that they claim the box contents are worth £22.79. Total waste of money as my dog won't even eat them & he's not a fussy dog.

Had the first box on a discount and was not really impressed. Snacks are good but the 3 long lasting chews were tiny and my 6 month old 4kg dog ate them in 5 mins flat. The toys were ok but like most people, I know you can get the same contents for nearly half the price locally. The problem came when I wanted to cancel any future boxes. Wouldn’t accept my log in, reset email was never sent, create an account failed and restart email for that was also never sent. 2 website enquires sent and still no reply. Likely I’m going to get charged for a third box before this all gets sorted.
Second box arrived and had even less in than the first. No pet parent gift and the toy was a Poundland ball that is designed for a large dog - so no good for us. I’m sure the sign up page said there would always be a pet parent gift and two toys not one (the first box had 2 parent gifts and 2 toys). It’s a shame as this looked like it could be such a good product but it’s really not worth the money and it’s really challenging to get it cancelled.

Contents are worth about £10-14 dependant on what you get.

Signed up for a promotional monthly £5 box some weeks ago. Just been charged the full £22.79 for the next box both before the month was up, and before I'd even received the promotional box!
Now trying for a refund. Looking at their Facebook page, there's A LOT of people in the same boat.

I'd avoid this company and use one of the many others that do the same, that actually do what they say!

Really great treats, fast delivery and good customer service when I wanted to cancel after receiving my first £5 box. Would order again at full price because my dog really likes the snacks :)

Love that the pet parents get a little something too, however… if the box was a tad more personalised to the individual pet, we would have been happier. We have a large floof ball and unfortunately, the small snacks weren’t really doing the job for him.

A nice box and very high quality treats. I got this as a Black Friday trial, definitely good value. The normal price seems too high, even at a top end pet shop I'd say £12 to £15 for the contents.
