Snaffling Pig Avis 

A Christmas gift that eventually arrived damaged on the 7th Jan despite being ordered 10 days before Christmas. Company were good about refunding after they reopened from the Christmas break.

I’ve bought from Snaffling pig before. Delivery has always been on time & quality is good. Their products make an unusual & fun gift, they’re not cheap but I think you get quality. This time I ordered the pork crackling Christmas gift box, it was very well received. The one thing I would say is the box contains several individual packets of crackling all the same flavour but it would be nice to have a box with all the different flavours to try. Piggin good though.

Great customer service, great products that taste good and are high in protein but low in calories. The subscription service is great and you can select the products you want and number of.

The description led me to believe I was getting a selection of 7 flavours. I didn’t see the tiny drop down menu to select the flavour so I just got 7 plain packets. Very disappointed. Also, the back of the box say they’re presented in a glass jar which they aren’t, neither was I expecting them to, so information on the packaging is incorrect too.

I’ve always had great service from Snaffling Pig in the past, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. My order (ref: PIG243506) took 14 days to arrive, which was far longer than expected. To make matters worse, the online help system was no help at all, as I couldn’t get through to anyone to assist me. I’m hoping this was just a one-off issue and not reflective of their usual standards, but it was a frustrating experience nonetheless.

I am still waiting to receive my order for over 2 weeks and despite emailing a week ago and requesting and update and being told they would look into it I have had to chase and still not heard back! Appalling customer service.

“Constant contact” is a bit strong! And seeing as this was gift for Christmas (ordered in plenty of time) that never turned up it’s disappointing that no apology nor explanation was ever given - hence review!

Took over two weeks for delivery and two of the glass items were smashed I contacted the company and haven’t had a reply I’ve used this company many times before very disappointed

Awful, ordered on 5th Dec in time for Christmas. Never turned up and you can not speak to anyone I have sent numerous emails with no response no refund and still no product. Not happy at all .

Had small problem with advent calendar, I contacted customer service who replied really quickly and sent out replacement packs and extras of their delicious pork scratchings, I will definitely be ordering again and 5 stars to their customer service team, companies could learn a lot from them.

Advent calanders with a daily snifter of my most favoristist pork scratchings? Whats not to like. Ordered acknowledged and delivered. Done. PIG244008

Normally buy this jar of loose scratching but this time they we're individual packets which means I can separate them.

Purchased the advent calendar, great gift, pork scratchings are delicious. Very happy.
