Lovely staff and most peoples that attend also lovely. Can be hard to gets on the equipment you need at peak times but imagine that be the case at most gyms
I attend most days and has try nearly all the classes. Always recommend them to peoples ✅

Een sportschool hoort een professionele omgeving te zijn waar je erop kunt vertrouwen dat personeel zich ook professioneel opstelt. Mijn persoonlijke ervaring heeft dat vertrouwen volledig weggenomen.

Wat mij vooral tegenstaat, is de manier waarop er met grenzen en professionaliteit wordt omgegaan. Als klant verwacht je dat medewerkers zich volwassen en betrouwbaar gedragen. Wanneer dat vertrouwen eenmaal weg is, blijft er weinig over om positief over te zijn.

Voor mij is dit dan ook een duidelijke reden om mijn abonnement hier niet voort te zetten en deze sportschool niet aan te raden aan anderen. Een mooie fitnessruimte en goede apparatuur zijn leuk, maar uiteindelijk bepalen de mensen die er werken voor een groot deel hoe professioneel een bedrijf daadwerkelijk is.

Mijn advies: kijk goed verder voordat je hier een abonnement afsluit.

Would not recommend

I've had a series of serious issues with this gym that I feel other members should know about before joining.

Billing: I was charged $150.00 regarding multiple tailgating allegations, without receiving any prior email reminder or notice. When I raised this, I was met with confrontational and unprofessional messages from staff instead of a proper resolution. Dates informed were incorrect ( as I did NOT attend the gym for 2 weeks due to a death on of a family member, followed by sickness ) and the multiple videos were never provided.

Misleading sales tactics: When I signed up, a manager told me the outdated equipment would be replaced with new machines. This never happened, months later the same worn-out equipment is still there. I feel this was used purely as a sales pitch to get me to commit to a membership.

Facility issues:

There is no proper stretching area, making it difficult to warm up or cool down safely.
The fan system is defective, gym members often fell off chairs while trying to manually turn the fan on because the controls don't work properly. This is a real safety hazard that hasn't been addressed. Air Conditioners also do not work properly.

Customer service: Staff have been dismissive when issues are raised, and management does not respond or follow up on complaints. It feels like once you've signed the contract, they stop caring about your experience.

Overall, poor communication, broken promises, safety hazards, and unprofessional conduct. I'd think twice before joining.

Na 8 jaar lidmaatschap heb ik mij uitgeschreven na een ernstig incident met een nieuwe medewerker.

Ik werd tijdens het sporten direct agressief aangesproken. De medewerker schreeuwde tegen mij, maakte beledigende opmerkingen en kwam uiteindelijk schreeuwend op mij af. Hij wilde daarbij fysiek agressief worden. Een ander lid moest tussen ons in komen, waardoor dit werd gestopt, en sprak hem aan op zijn gedrag.

Iemand van het hoofdkantoor kwam erbij, maar in plaats van het incident serieus en professioneel te behandelen, werd er lacherig en zuchtend gereageerd. Er werd niets gedaan met het agressieve gedrag en er is op geen enkel moment een excuus aangeboden. De medewerker kon vervolgens gewoon zonder consequenties zijn werk voortzetten.

Voor mij is dat onacceptabel. Als een medewerker zich verbaal agressief gedraagt en vervolgens fysiek agressief wil worden, verwacht ik dat daar serieus en professioneel tegen wordt opgetreden. Dat is hier niet gebeurd.

Daarom heb ik na 8 jaar mijn lidmaatschap beëindigd. Zeer teleurstellende en onprofessionele manier van omgaan met een ernstig incident.

Dreigende toon van locatie manager te Sassenheim. Onze abonnementen werden niet juist afgeschreven. Na een vraag hierover kregen wij netjes een melding dat eea met de manager besproken zou worden. De club biedt één jaarabonnement aan. Los van een tussentijdse niet rechtmatige verhoging worden we verplicht gesteld 16 afschrijvingen goed te keuren. Een net overzicht met het bezwaar werd een maanden lange strijd over de kosten. Het frappante was nog de rare appjes op mijn privé mobiele telefoon met dreigementen over deurwaarders en incasso’s. Deze tent is louche en houdt er hele bijzonder praktijken op na. Nooit meer! Mijn zus kon enkel settelen als ze haar review in zou trekken.

Avoid Snap Fitness. They advertise "$6 for 6 weeks," but I ended up being hit with $184 for 6 weeks. When I cancelled within the 7-day cooling-off period, they still charged me an undisclosed $65 admin fee. The contract only vaguely mentions "admin charges" without listing a single dollar amount. Save yourself the headache and join Revo Fitness instead $55 upfront month to month, zero sign-up fees, and complete transparency as businesses should be!

My review primarily applies to my trainer Danielle K. who has served as my physical trainer for the last 7 years. Danielle has been extremely dedicated to my physical well-being as I've transitioned from a working out-of-shape 60+ year old to a 77 year old having lost a substantial amount of weight. In terms of body strength and cardio fitness, I'm in better shape than at any time previously. Danielle has been very diligent in varying my workouts so as to pay adequate attention to various muscle groups. As well, she has stressed the importance of flexibility so as to be protective against injuries that can be painful and long in duration.
I hope Danielle remains my trainer for many years and I heartily recommend that anyone interested in a trainer who combines expertise and encouragement contact her through the Bayside, WI Snap Fitness Club

Just joined Wantirna Snap Fitness, great location but also the equipment & setup is perfect. Room to move, a great membership base and super friendly fun franchisee. Would highly recommend.

The Snap Fitness that I am canceling my membership to is ridiculous. You will not get what you are paying for. Gym is filthy. They won’t enforce re-rack rules and you have to search for weights, equipment is not maintained or even repaired when broken. Owner is only interested in collecting fees and not doing even minor maintenance on equipment.

Amazing gym. Super clean. Great range of equipment including hammer strength amd booty builders. Aircon. Fab studio. Spin room. Reformers pilate. Dedicated recovery section with massage guns etc infrared saunas
Showers clean and powerful. Friendly staff julie and bailey ever so helpful they are assets to snap fitness. Ghd straightners! Fab value for money. 3 hours free car park.virtual and real life classes. Cant fault it. Foxy xx

New gym to Redditch where we have several gyms including another 24/7.
Visit on first day.
Top level equipment in a great space.
Well thought layout.
Studio & specfic spaces very well done. Great recovery/ warmup- cool down area.
Perhaps need more advise to customers about cleaning equipment - alot of young customers who possibly dont understand why this is essential.
Great changing / shower room set up.

Looking forward to using regularly to improve my overall health. Hoping first day standards are kept

Cancelled membership for my son back in March 2026 and they are still taking money for the subscription. Signed up for rolling monthly contract. So this should not have been an issue. Reported to my finance company who will look to recover money that has been unlawfully taken.

Snap fitness in Truro is terrible. I have only ever seen a handful of members wipe their machine after use, people hogging areas (including staff) by leaving phone etc to save a space, rude staff, dress code to wear as little as possible in the gym. Yuk- get me out of here, breading ground for nasty bacteria

Terrible experience with anrmadle snap fitness and their management. Would not recommend! Had to leave Australia due to an immediate family member passing away which was hard enough and was hounded with emails and calls about trying to take payment daily for the gym when we were no longer attending and paid up until we left!! Upon this they told us we had to email and pay a 30 day cancellation fee which was not discussed when joining just sneaked into the contract and not discussed with us when we specifically told them in advance we were leaving. They then threatened us with a debt collection agency!! We paid it in the end as it’s been hard enough without harassment off a gym we’re no longer attending and haven’t done for 2 months. Deeply upsetting and appalling customer service from both owner and manager. Not only this! Upon going through old statements I found they had upped the price without informing me telling me it might be in the Junk mail!! Highly unprofessional and poorly run. Would definitely go elsewhere.

Cancelling their membership is difficult, with lots of hassle and extra fees

I barely write reviews but i had to do one for this gym as in this snapfitness sometimes there's no music, just people blaring tiktoks and their own music out loud on their phones, especially at night, groups of people with their shirts off walking around, equipment left in mess everywhere, can barely get a chance to use it, and important machines not working, taking so long to fix. One good thing i personally noticed is the staff are always very helpful and very friendly! However due to the above reasons I would not recommend for serious gym goers.

Had to freeze membership for health reasons, stating until further notice, but Snapfitness Whitley Bay automatically resumed it at the end of their period without any notification. Money taken out straight away (feel like they tricked me). They refused to refund it even if I'm unable to use the gym. Cancelled membership and will sign up elsewhere when back.

A great inside gym with great equipment BUT DONT BE FOOLED!
Their policy to cancel a membership, even though I selected monthly payments, they want a minimum of a months notice and when you give them a months notice they still proceed to take money from your account. I called them no answer, emailed them, answer after one months and even tried entering the gym but could not get it because my card didn’t work (Card beeps red, Not Green). And no staff there even in staff hours. They are in the category of scammers and trick you into not leaving. Must say worse gym I’ve ever been to in that perspective.
